The golf course mentioned in the listing is located nearby at a local park; it is not on the property itself, and the listing does not advertise the property as being directly on a golf course. The concerns mentioned in this review are primarily related to the exterior of the property. I was working on the property when you arrived, and these exterior items did not prevent access to or use of the accommodation. I also do not see any photos or evidence showing an issue with the interior of the property. Regarding check-in, the check-in instructions are sent automatically through the platform. I’m not sure what happened on your end, but you were able to access the property and check in successfully. I understand that you ultimately decided not to stay and requested a refund. While I respect your decision, I did not feel the complaints provided a basis for a refund under the circumstances. I have been hosting for four years, and my priority has always been to make the property as easy, comfortable, and convenient as possible for my guests. I respect that expectations can differ, but I hope future guests will carefully review the listing details before booking so there are no misunderstandings
