Either as a stylish adult retreat for 1 or more couples, or a totally family-friendly spot, we offer free extras including: a hot tub for 8+, bbq, bar, office, heated 2-car garage, car charger, crib, toys, queen airbed, full laundry, coffee, and snacks - all with a walkable forest out the back door!

The space
Bright, modern, stylish, comfortable, social, and fun. This house breaks the trend of cramped old Tahoe houses. We supply a full kitchen of spices and condiments, full bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and more, and all the essentials to bring your littles without overstuffing your car. Pack less, travel light, enjoy more.

Guest access
The property is accessible by keypad lock. Park in the heated and spacious 2-car garage and easily load and unload your vacation gear - no scraping ice and snow off your vehicle! And charge if you need a boost with our Tesla 50amp charger. Driveway holds roughly 6 more vehicles and additional street parking is easy.

Other things to note
Snow will be removed from driveway prior to your arrival. Additional snow removal services are available during your stay by request for a fee.

The 4th bedroom doubles as the Office. It has a full-size Murphy bed. This room is less private than the others however it’s far more private than most loft-style rooms with open railings found all around Tahoe. Guests with 8 or more people in their group are encouraged to inquire with the hosts about how to best sleep more than 6 people. We regularly, comfortably sleep 12 and are approved for 10 however it involves the Office murphy bed and an airbed to do this. The couch also turns into 2 twin beds but we don’t account for this in our sleeping solutions

The private beach access is by request, for a fee, one per adult per stay, and only until they run out.
