Our Host was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great restaurants near by and grocery store in Red Hook. Loved all the beautiful beaches! We hope to return soon!

Beautiful view from a very nice condo. Some of the outside furniture is tired with sharp, rusty edges on chairs that should be replaced. Note that there are several steps to get to the beautiful and comfortable pool areas. Laundry facilities are for the complex and not within the condo. The nearby Sun & Sea restaurant and bar had great food and a fun staff to entertain us.

Our stay was wonderful. The A/C worked great! The view is as amazing as the photos on the listing. I have a only a few things to note. The bed did not have a real mattress on it. It was a 12 inch maybe memory foam mattress with a huge feather bed. Not supportive at all. The couch and chair in the living room was actually outdoor patio furniture so if you are looking for a comfy couch after a long day, this is the not the place for you. Lastly the place smelled quite musty. I assume that is due to the concreate but a light air freshener would have been nice.

Beautiful Escape

This spot was just what we were looking for to get away from everday life things. It was easy to get to from the street, beautiful veiw of the Harbor while just a short walk from restaurants, pool & beach. Though there were a lot of steps we didnt mind the exercise. We look forward to coming back to the island with our children in the futre. I will mention that one of the sliding door handle is broken so it was hard to open and close and we did loose power a couple times but not for long but all were doable.

Clean and updated condo, great views Convenient to Red Hook via taxi or car rental Only con is hot water heater is tiny, shower runs out very quickly. Would recommend.

Beautiful and relaxing

Xaverie was excellent with communicating about the condo and things to do in St. Thomas. Condo was clean with beautiful views of Smith Bay. It was well stocked with basic food items. Walking distance to Margheritaville and Coki Beach, our favorite. Point pleasant resort is beautiful with its 3 pools, small beach and nature trail.

Perfect home away from home

After some last minute charges to my itinerary, I was pleasantly surprised by this unit I booked a week before my arrival. Location was wonderful and felt very safe for a single woman traveling alone. The terrace view was incredible! Would definitely book this unit again.

Amazing View

Amazing views as you step out on to your private patio. The one bedroom apartment has everything you need for your visit and was very clean. We ate at both on site restaurants and took a walk over to Margaritaville and Coki beach. We had a car and we’re able to go to the grocery store for breakfast and lunch items. You can rent a cooler from the resort lobby to take items for your day trips. Would definitely come back.

Beyond expectations

AMAZING VIEW Excellent communications from host, and excellent overall service, certainly the best hosts we have ever had in our rental experiences. Bed was very comfortable, condo equipped with everything we could have needed. This was the perfect vacation !

Endless views!

My wife and I booked this trip to the USVI to celebrate our 30th anniversary, and this trip was nothing short of spectacular! The host, Xaverie, was a pleasure to work with and she is remarkably responsive to all of our questions. She provided great directions (using easy to spot landmarks, since road names in the USVI seem to be optional) to get from the airport to the condo. When we arrived the condo was even more beautiful than the pictures showed, and they even left some special “welcome treats” in the refrigerator for us! The condo was clean and well appointed, and had most of the necessities for spending time at the many lovely beaches (although a small cooler and some ice packs would have been handy). They left a list of the most popular stores, restaurants, bars, beaches, and activities, many of which we took advantage of. The condo is located at the east end of St. Thomas, but is an easy drive to Red Hook, many beaches, shops, bars, etc. Point Pleasant Resort is a scenic 15 acre property built into the side of a hill overlooking Water Bay. The staff were very helpful when we had questions or needed to hail a taxi or book an excursion. The grounds were well maintained and featured three separate pools and two fantastic restaurants. Bring your walking shoes because nothing is flat in the USVI; you’re going to do a lot of climbing stairways to get around the resort - but it’s totally worth it! We’re already checking the calendar to see when we can go back!

What can I say, it was love at first sight when we arrived to St. Thomas. We love vacationing and enjoying everything the USVI (and neighboring BVI) have to offer. Diving, swimming in crystal blue waters, hiking, sailing, sipping on Cruzan rum, are some of our favorite activities.
In fact, my favorite two islands are Sardinia (Mediterranean) & St. Thomas.
However, I will admit that St. Thomas truly is the paradise I envisioned while daydreaming of the islands as a child. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions regarding St. Thomas and or even Sardinia.
