This condo is tastefully decorated including new hardwood flooring in living area and new carpet in bedrooms. Gourmet kitchen will satisfy the most creative chef. Enjoy the amenities of the complex and beach, as well as all the area attractions. Wireless high-speed internet will allow you to play and work in a relaxed setting. There is even a player piano for music lovers. Large tub in the master bedroom (no shower) and walk-in shower in the second bathroom. King bed in the master bedroom and queen bed in the second bedroom. You will want to return!! Although, this property is not 'pet friendly' for guests, the owner does bring their hypo allergenic dog when they stay.
Located in Seascape Sur, this oceanfront complex on the bluffs is renowned for its exquisite landscaping, waterfalls, streams, and koi ponds. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking. There are two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, and spacious patio area. The beach access stairs are adjacent to the complex.
A small coastal town, Solana Beach is known for wide sandy beaches and great restaurants. Check out "Belly Up," a unique concert venue for nighttime entertainment. Surfy vibes, laid back, and pretty, Solana Beach has it all. You're just two blocks to the Cedros Avenue Design District where you'll discover more than 85 distinctive shops, retailers, and eateries that are sure to speak to your style. The condo is within walking distance of a variety of shopping, great restaurants, the Del Mar Racetrack and fairgrounds, and the train to Los Angeles, Oceanside or San Diego. Centrally located in San Diego County, just minutes by car to world-class tourist attractions including the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Petco Baseball Park and Legoland.
This unit is not air conditioned.
Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

In accordance with Solana Beach regulations, this property has a 6 night minimum.

Great location

The property overall needs a bit of love but understandable considering it is older and takes a beating in the salt air. The place was great. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities. Could use some new pots and pans that aren’t scratched up. We saw a concert at the Sound and enjoyed a play at La Jolla Playhouse. This was a very convenient location for both. Lots of good restaurants on the water to eat at. Stores for groceries were ample. We hung out at the pool and also could access the beach. I would stay here again. Stubbs property rental was on top of everything. Very much appreciated them.

Lovely stay

Very nice and well-appointed condo, close to beach, pool, hot tub, tennis courts are close and you can walk into town for some high-end shopping and restaurants!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the staff was amazing as well. Property was absolutely perfect for our vacation with our kids. Convenient to the beach and other activities. Looking forward to another stay!

Close to everything

Easy to get to downtown San Diego or any of the towns along the ocean. With the oceanside location, you don't even really need to go anywhere. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, as well as the tennis courts. Easy check-in and check out.

Spacious well appointed beachfront condo!

Condo is attractive with more than enough space for two of us, and ample seating and supplies to host dinner with friends. The private beach is inviting and connected to a very long walkable shoreline. The grounds were nicely maintained with beautiful gardens. Rental process was easy and property management was very responsive. The description and pics were totally accurate so there were no unpleasant surprises.

We had a nice time. Condo was clean and spacious. Bluffs are a few minutes walk then you go down a long stair to beach (with lifeguards). Due to stairs, it is very quiet on the beach once you get there. Swimming without a crowd was lovely. The one surprise is that there is only one shower in 2.5 baths.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo

We've stayed at many VRBOs and HomeAways in the US and abroad. This was one of the nicest and well-appointed condos -- great kitchen with everything one would need if you were cooking, nice linens, good floor plan, TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Our only issue (and this is because we're both seniors) is the amount of stairs in the condo complex. Carrying luggage and supplies upstairs and to the unit was somewhat difficult. Once in, we were fine. The Solano Beach location, right near the Del Mar Racetrack and other Del Mar and Solano Beach restaurants and places of interest was good.

Check-in, management, location were all top notch. The unit itself could use a little TLC. It had a musty old smell like granny’s house, 2 of the 3 toilet seats were broken, there was no iron which usually isn’t a big deal but we definitely needed one this trip. The washer and dryer were old & rusty, and the one fan that was provided was filthy. Minor issues but issues none the less which I why I gave it 4 stars for clean

Perfect location

We had an amazing stay. The location is close to everything with easy access to the highway. 4-minute walk to the beach (which felt very private!), 30 seconds to the 1 of the pools on the property with a hot tub, 1 minute to the garage for your car very convent all around. The condo itself is laid out really great and worked very well for our family of 4. Great kitchen with everything you need. Main living room has a nice surround sound system for movies with 2 great big sliding doors to let in the breeze. The master bedroom is very private, the 2nd bedroom is very nice (recommendation as we had 2 little kids put some towels around the corner of the bed frame as it is shin height and hurts when you run into it!). Stubbs was great to work with as our this was our first stay in San Diego and would recommend anyone looking to travel to check them out. They were extremely responsive to all my questions and made the stay great!

Quality

This is a street side condo in a large development next to the beach. It’s large, with a very comfortable master bedroom suite and bed! The furnishings are outdated, but once I saw past that I recognized that everything in this unit was high quality and perfectly suited for every place it was placed. This was a welcome change from so very many vacation rentals I’ve stayed at where the furnishings were cheap, sparse and worn out. There was nothing cheap about this place. The only con to this place, and it is a significant downside, is the musty smell. A lot of that simply comes from being one block from the beach, but it’s still a factor if this bothers you. It did us, yet I would stay there again despite that because of the quality and cleanliness of the condo. The grounds were lovely, the walkway to the beach with a wandering waterway with waterfalls delightful, easy access to the beach-although you use a staircase with 130 steps!, large pools and jacuzzi, tennis courts and substantial walls that kept the noise of other guests to a minimum, this was a mostly pleasant place to stay. I do recommend it, but plan on having your doors open, all fans going and having to adjust to the musty smell.

The beds were very comfortable, the 2 & half baths were clean & modern. All the decor was beautiful & cohesive with nice art, furnishings looked vintage/Mediterranean, my daughter loved to play the piano. We appreciated the live plants on the 3 patios with seating areas that looked out into beautiful landscape of the complex. With open windows, the ocean air was pleasant. Beautiful tennis courts, heated swimming pool & jacuzzi (quiet night swimming), and a very short walk through the gorgeous grounds to the ocean with polite lifeguards. The Stubbs staff (across the street) were extremely helpful and kind. Great restaurants & shopping you could easily walk to: Bangkok Bay Thai, Madeline’s Cafe, Neiki Solana Beach gifts & souvenirs, Del Mar Fair is near by. We felt very spoiled, Wish we could stay all summer!
