The expansive living and dining areas are lined with nine oversized windows featuring southern, eastern, and northern exposures, flooding the home with natural light and framing open city views of downtown prewar architecture, including iconic sightlines toward City Hall and the New York Stock Exchange, along with a charming streetscape below. The thoughtfully designed layout includes a serene primary suite with generous closet space and a bespoke double-sink vanity, as well as two additional well-proportioned bedrooms that offer comfort, privacy, and flexibility. An open chef’s kitchen completes the home, featuring high-end appliances, abundant counter space, and custom cabinetry ideal for both everyday living and elegant entertaining.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



Please note that this home requires the completion and approval of a condo board application, with approximately $2,500 in associated fees. The board review process may take up to approximately 10 days for approval.



Guests are not allowed to use the mailbox.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
