The Space:

Thoughtfully designed for effortless entertainment and deep relaxation, Casa de los Sueños comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.



The estate features beautifully appointed zones across its brilliant layout:

- The Living & Dining Areas: The heart of the home features a grand central room that flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dual-sided fireplace, and two indoor dining tables to comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests.

- Entertainment & Productivity: Cozy up for a movie in the dedicated home theater media room, or step into the private office equipped with a computer, printer, and fax machine if you need to attend to remote work.

- The Bedrooms: The home features four large, equally stunning master suites boasting magnificent views of the sea, each equipped with a King-size bed. The fifth bedroom is tailored perfectly for families or groups, offering 2 Full-size bunk beds.

- Modern Comforts: The property includes central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-home water purification system, and 4 satellite televisions, including two smart TVs with DVD players.

Guests enjoy private access to a majestic outdoor oasis designed to feel like a personal luxury resort. Your stay includes complete access to:

- A magnificent infinity swimming pool featuring two wading areas, a full-length lap pool, and a relaxing hot tub overlooking the Sea of Cortez.

- A traditional, beautiful palapa area perfect for sipping margaritas while watching the whales as they migrate with their young.

- An expansive pool terrace equipped with premium sun loungers, an outdoor dining setup for 8 people, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

- Fun outdoor activities, including a built-in fire pit surrounded by comfortable lounge seating, a ping-pong table, and a tetherball setup.

Getting Around:

While the villa provides a secluded and peaceful escape, exploring the best of the region is incredibly smooth. The house is a mere five-minute walk to the beach. Guests enjoy effortless proximity to two golf resorts, pristine spots for fishing and water sports, and the vibrant restaurants and local shops of historic San José del Cabo.

Additional Information:



- Booking & Age Requirements: To maintain the serene, family-friendly atmosphere of the community, all groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter. The maximum occupancy is strictly 10 guests.

- Villa Policies: Casa de los Sueños is a strictly non-smoking property (both indoors and outdoors); violations are subject to a mandatory $500 USD penalty. Pets are generally not permitted on-site without receiving the owner's express, prior approval. Meticulous housekeeping is provided daily to keep the villa inviting, with scheduled days off on Saturdays and Mexican holidays.

- Taxes & Fees: Rates are subject to an additional $15 USD fee and a 20% tax. Additionally, please add a mandatory $200 USD community resort fee which covers a variety of premier amenities and services of the Puerto Los Cabos community.

As such, construction-related noise or activity in the surrounding area does not qualify for compensation, cancellation, relocation, or refunds.
