Our Timber Court residence is a luxurious modern retreat located at the base of Granby Ranch Resort, featuring numerous amenities, three interior levels, and ski-in/ski-out access. Guests can enjoy breathtaking mountain views from a private patio and ample interior space across two levels, with a variety of bedding options suitable for large families or groups. This home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan that welcomes you with vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout.
The main living area is furnished with comfortable seating around the gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, complemented by numerous windows that allow abundant sunlight to enhance the room's overall atmosphere. Adjacent to the living room, the kitchen boasts a breakfast bar at the main kitchen island with seating for four, along with an additional dining table that can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample space for meal preparation. Guests can access the private patio for outdoor dining during the warmer months, complete with a BBQ and a private outdoor hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day filled with adventures and stargazing at night.
The main level features two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom, and the second also with a queen-sized bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The laundry room provides a storage area along with a full-sized washer and dryer. The second level of the home includes a private master suite with vaulted ceilings, a queen-sized bed, and a full en-suite bathroom. The lower level of the residence features a spacious second living room area furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and space to relax. The fourth bedroom on this level is a delightful space for children, featuring two sets of triple bunk beds that can accommodate a total of six guests, along with access to the fourth bathroom. Additionally, the property offers a one-car garage and parking for one extra vehicle in the driveway.
For an extra fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers outdoor pool, workout facilities and common area lounge space in the main lodge.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
