Beautiful Views

We had an amazing experience! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting in the living area and taking in the ocean views. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and super clean

This home was nice quiet and super clean. The rooms were spacious and everything we needed was provided. The view was amazing and the balcony by far was my favorite. Looking forward to renting this home again

Family getaway

The property was very spacious and gave us all enough space. Loved that the kitchen was stocked but coffee maker didn't seem to work. The view was amazing. We'd definitely stay again.

Perfect location and property. We never left. Enjoyed the beach in the morning and pool afternoon. Cooked at home and got grocery delivery.

Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze!!

The wraparound balcony was a winner with the whole family! We loved the huge pool, the Cabana Cafe downstairs, and 4-minute walk to the beach. This property gave us plenty of space for 6 people and we enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and playing games/puzzles on the big table. The bedrooms were spacious and nicely furnished. Comfy beds. Would recommend this condo!

We spent 2 1/2 months in unit 710 at Ariel Dunes1 at Miramar Beach! This 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and would be great for families or couples traveling together. The kitchen was very well furnished with dinnerware, silverware, utensils and cookware. The living room is in dire need of updating as the furniture is very old and stained. The condo is very near the beach and has a beautiful view. They're are many great restaurants and shopping near by.

Condo was dirty

The location of the condo was fantastic and the space itself was roomy and well-suited for our group. Unfortunately, the condition we found it in was completely unacceptable.The bathroom was dirty, the dining table hadn’t been wiped down, dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher, and used towels were left sitting in the washer. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done prior to our arrival.I reached out immediately to report these issues and was told someone would follow up — but no one ever did. That lack of response, paired with the poor cleanliness, put a damper on what should have been a relaxing vacation.We enjoyed our time despite these issues, but I would not book this unit again unless there is clear evidence that housekeeping and customer service standards have drastically improved.

Nice but dated Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, but everything was very dated with the facility, and the condo itself hardly had any amenities that you would expect at all other VRBO‘s. Little things like hand soap, laundry detergent dishwasher cubes just small stuff like that they did not stock, so make sure to bring your own just about everything. Pans and things to cook with were old and did not work great either. This place was OK. Just missed the little things throughout like hiding cords from TVs and having very small TVs everywhere when most rentals have a nice set up. Overall gave it four stars, though it was nice enough for us Pools are nothing special and only small parts of the pools are heated, which was not ideal for us for spring break and kids.
