The Space:

Plan the perfect beach vacation at this pristine beachfront getaway! Plus, enjoy access to a shared beachside pool when you want to cool off after days out in the Florida sun. Anything you need can be found within a couple of miles of this property! You'll find 18 fun-filled holes of mini-golf and an ice cream parlor at Okaloosa National, or catch a dolphin show at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Visit Miracle Strip Parkway where you can rent a private pontoon to get over to Crab Island for a beach picnic or a day of swimming. And afterward, grab dinner and drinks from one of the many pubs and restaurants in the area.



Inside this bright and airy, fourth-floor condo, you'll find everything you need for the perfect getaway. Prepare all your favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, meet up for mealtimes or rainy day games at the dining table, and relax and watch TV into the evening in your comfortable living area. Step outside and take in the view and soak up the sunshine from your furnished balcony - the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

PLEASE NOTE: There are construction crews on site doing maintenance on the building walkways and balconies. There will be construction noise and dust in the breezeways from 3/31/25-12/7/25.

Absolutely lovely

Great place, location was nice and even though there was construction it did not get in the way of the trip. Unit was great, no complaints, 10/10, would book again.

Clean

The location is great with very good access to the beach. Biggest issue was things not properly clean: the couch had sand down in the cushions, the towels had brown stains on them. The microwave wasn’t clean had like melted plastic in it. And the dishwasher had a smell to it. It would have been nice to have pantry supplies ( salt, pepper, and sugar).

Lovely property, great location. Contacted property management about lights not working in master bath above sink. Said they would send someone to fix, no one ever came. Daughter got spare comforter out of closet because she was cold. Saw blood on comforter, notified management. Told someone would come take care of it. Saw no one and it sat in closet duration of stay. Dishwasher does not work. Figured that out last night of stay.

Relaxing & Clean

This property was great for our family of five. The kids’ room had three beds (one full, one twin daybed with trundle), and the beds were very comfy. They had their own bathroom next to their room which had plenty of space. The primary room was beautiful with lots of light and a super comfortable bed! The on suite bathroom was roomy and upgraded nicely. The living area had a couch large enough for the entire family and the dinning table was large enough for all of us to sit around for dinner. The kitchen had all upgraded appliances and decent cooking supplies. The pots and pans could need an upgrade. I do wish they supplied beach chairs like so many other condos do. The pool area was clean and well kept with three really nice (newer) grills. The beach was maybe a 5 minute walk from the condo door to the sand. The condo complex had restrooms close to the pool area which was nice with younger children. We would definitely stay again. The only complaint was an interaction with a Vacasa customer service agent who was very rude, but that was not related to the condo.

Communication is horrible. I was warned before booking with Vacasa but my trip was in less than a week. For starters the TV in my daughter's room didn't come on with the remote so she went all night without a TV. They failed to tell us theres a switch by the TV that has to be turned on to get service. The TV in the guess room stop working when I tried to change the TV. The floors were very nasty. Look like they hadn't been moped in months. Sand was all on the floor. The top comforter/quilt had stains on it. The lighting in very bad throughout the condo. I guess thats why they have lamps all over. No ironing board, a baby iron & no ceiling fans. Again Communication is terrible. I usually dont do reviews but had to this time. They refused to talk to me initially but was communicating with VRBO with no issue.oh,for all the inconvenience I will be given a 50.00 credit in 2 weeks. We did get someone out to the unit the next morning to fix the TV & housekeeping later on to mop the unit and change the comforter. It's better to rent frm a personal owner than a chain. What a Spring break but the girls enjoyed themselves. Thats all that matters.
