We stay in Destin every year during this same weekend and were excited to try this condo. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing compared to previous rentals.Upon arrival, neither of the access codes provided worked, leaving us unable to enter the condo until we were able to get assistance. We also encountered ants in one of the bathrooms during our stay, and the TV in the living room was not functioning.Communication could have been clearer as well. The check-out information sent prior to our stay indicated an 11:00 AM check-out time, but on the day of departure we received a message stating check-out was at 10:00 AM. The conflicting information created unnecessary confusion as we were preparing to leave. While the condo itself had potential, these issues negatively impacted our overall experience. I hope the management team addresses them for future guests.

Thank you, Kristen, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet the high standards we strive for. It’s disappointing to learn about the access code issues you faced upon arrival, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We’re also sorry to hear about the ants and the TV not functioning properly. That’s certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide. We take your comments about communication seriously, especially regarding the check-out time confusion. It’s important to us that our guests feel informed and at ease during their stay, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. Your insights are invaluable, and we will address these concerns with our team to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. We truly hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with the seamless and enjoyable stay you deserve.
