Azure 514



The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has ceramic tile floors in the living room and dining area. Other features of this upscale and contemporary-style vacation rental unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop stove, oven, microwave, a Keurig® coffee maker, and dishwasher. Not to mention, all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The master bath includes a double sink vanity and a Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players. This unit features wireless internet service.

Azure 514 was much better than expected. The pictures did not do it justice. We have been visiting the Destin/Ft. Walton area for over 20 years and this was our favorite place. The location was also super convenient.

Spacious and Clean

We had our family stay for a quick getaway and pulled our jet skis. We did have to park our trailer in the lot next to the complex but it was no problem. Condo was clean and spacious. Complex was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay, as we always do at Azure! Everything was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! Only issues were the electric outlet on balcony didn’t work, and we had an issue with our entry door combination not working, but after notifying them they changed the combination and it worked great after that! We look forward to staying here again next year.

Beautiful unit. Love the updated bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Beds are not very comfortable.

There needs to be more extra blankets and sheets for 3 bedroom unit with sleeper sofa. And lastly, the elevator runs way too slow!! Staff very friendly, pools and hot tub were great!

Very good stay

An almost perfect stay. The property was in good working order. The view was great and the beach was beautiful. A few things to fix and this is a 5.0 stay. Get a new rug in the living area. Buy a new mattress for the king bed. Add a little love with fresh paint. I am being a little picky as the property is very nice and I would rent this again.

Ridden hard & put away wet

We love Fort Walton Beach. Our family has vacationed @ FWB for 40+ years. We had a wonderful stay at the Azure four years ago. In these few years the facility really shows its use. There were scheduled maintenance items and city utility improvements, which were not shared with many guess of the complex, creating big inconveniences. We fully understand the need for maintenance. However, it would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. The unit shows its use. The cleaning staff had done the best job they could. Furniture & decor are aged & a little hodgepodge. Couch and love seat are a little sticky due to sweaty bodies & sun tan lotion. We arrived to a toilet in the master bath, which wouldn’t shut off.( maintenance team addressed pretty quick.) One of the sinks and the master bath was plugged. The stove top has more scratches than a Boy Scout troop walking through a field of poison ivy. Kitchen essentials are bare bone essentials. The skillets and a couple pots and pans appear to be new. The washer and dryer are 20 years old and look to have come from grandma’s basement. However, they did work & for that, we are very appreciative. The beach staff was awesome. The beach is always awesome. Azure staff were friendly. Management team was very good and did the best they could. Overall, it is always great to get to the Emerald Coast and we haven’t written off the Azure…but won’t stay in this unit.
