What you’ve described regarding cleanliness, wear and tear, and mechanical concerns is not the standard we aim to provide. Items such as the noise from appliances, the running toilet, A/C issues, and especially the cleanliness concerns you mentioned should have been addressed prior to your arrival, and we sincerely apologize that this was not your experience. We also regret that you felt uncomfortable reaching out during your stay. Our team is always here to assist as quickly as possible so guests can fully enjoy their time, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to address these issues while you were in-house. Please know that your feedback has been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for immediate review and action, including a deeper inspection of the unit and evaluation of furnishings and overall condition.
