Stylish, beach-themed decor fills the spacious interior, while updated home appliances and furnishings ensure complete convenience and comfort throughout your stay. The gourmet kitchen is sure to inspire culinary creations that can be shared with family and friends indoors or out on the deck. House was very comfortable and spacious right on the beach wit pool and fenced yard for dogs Balconies offered great views for morning coffee and meals. Minor issue on check in with door code but it was corrected quickly with a new code. Kitchen pots and cooking utensils could use a refresh but overall a nice kitchen for cooking and preparing meals. Overall a great stay and would book this property again in the future.

Location location location. Superb. Right on the gulf.I want to answer some questions the AI (my presumption) from Avari, answered that were so vague. There were 11 of us for seven nights which may influence comments1) bathrooms had lovely toiletries but you might want to bring tp2) there are outside hoses and a shower, wonderful after being in the sand3) you do need beach towels, and that should have been specified in description —but they did answer that question4) no spices on kitchen, not even salt. There was a welcome pack from avari with one!!!! dish towel. For a whole week. You will need dish soap, paper towels, dish towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and dishwasher soap. But there was an counter ice maker and Keurig, traditional coffee maker, and wine cooler5) pool terrific—a crew was there twice in the week to clean. 6) cleanliness—it is a beach house but things like heads of nails protruding from patio could be dangerous7) brought our dog, she loved it8) there are games and puzzlesOur three families loved the house, wonderfulBedrooms and patios. We loved being on the beach. As the older family member I would have liked us all to fit at the table but it worked. There was a St George Island cookbook and we made dinner from it one night with the freshest fish and shrimp from Doug’s fish truck. It was really a magical vacation. I am hoping my hints will encourage management to write a better description and help you to have a special time
