Or, head down to the shared outdoor pool that sits beside the Gulf and stretch out in one of the loungers. A private boardwalk offers convenient access to the beach.



Featuring an open-style layout, this third-floor condo makes it easy for your whole crew to relax and socialize together. Indulge your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen. Three can perch at the kitchen bar, while the adjacent dining table seats four. After dinner, settle into the living room for a movie night. Central AC adds comfort throughout the condo.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Navarre Regency! You simply cannot beat the view from this room. The reclining couch was so nice and the beds were super comfy!

July 4th vacay

The celebration was an awesome experience for all of us. Great view and easy access to everything . Enjoyed my time here . Best beach trip in my opinion and recommend it to others. Nice quiet and friendly beach.

Wonderful Getaway!

Wonderful location with pool and beach just steps away. There’s a ramp instead of stairs leading to the beach which is great for bringing your stuff. Great view, space, and communication with the office if needed. Not crowded at all and was Memorial weekend! Security is there to make sure just guests are in pool and beach area. Will book again!

Good rate for the location

Pros: good rate, all amenities, great building, The Regency. Con: master bedroom carpet was sticky and rough. Other bedroom carpet OK.

Wonderful accommodations, super price

Lovely unit. Great view of the beach. The pool is super clean. Check-in was easy. The carpet leading into the bedroom was high traffic stains, but everything else was clean and bright. Well stocked. Bring your own spices. We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the chairs and umbrella on the beach.

Summer getaway

Overall we love staying at the Regency Condos. This particular unit is not as updated as the others. But it was clean and had a fantastic view of that gorgeous ocean. The two chairs and umbrella was a welcome treat.

Location is excellent and cleanliness was on the mark, but the furnishings definitely need to be replaced. The master bed is worn out and the living room furniture is in very sad condition.

WILL STAY AGAIN!

This property is very nice, super clean. It does need some updating. The carpet is old and needs to go. Also, the blinds in the front bedroom need replacing. They do not close all the way and people walking by on the walkway can easily see inside. Having said that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will request this unit again.,

Fun weekend with family

Was a little hard communicating with company renting this property out. Not vrbo, but the other conglomerate rental "host" There were no wristbands left in condo for pool pass. Luckily they weren't checking for them. Was a lovely stay otherwise. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and has great furniture on the balcony, which was a super plus for us.

Very dated

The property was very clean and smelled nice. The kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of towels and a good amount of supplies to start off with. The only complaint was the furniture was very stained. The furniture also reclined but was very hard to maneuver. The dining table seats were also very stained. As was the carpet in the bedrooms. I knew by looking at the pictures online that the decor was very dated along with some of the other amenities in the condo itself. I felt that I could deal with dated decor but I did feel uncomfortable with the stains on the furniture. The location was amazing, which helped with disappointment of the condo. I would stay at this location again, just not in the same condo.
