Our stay was amazing. The condo and the location were perfect for our family. The bonus was the store and the little ice cream shop downstairs. We would stay there again!

Love staying at the Majestic Sun. The proximity of the beach can not be beat. The condo was clean and cool, comfortable beds! Parking was convenient. The gift shop and ice cream downstairs a plus!

Perfect for our needs

This property was so clean and the location and views were great. There was an early hiccup with the parking passes not being in the room but the response from management was almost immediate and the problem was solved.

16th birthday for grandson

Condo was nice, great location. Kitchen did not have enough utensils or bakeware. Lots of noise from condo beside and directly above the king suite making it difficult to sleep. We had to buy fans to block the noise. Otherwise we had a nice vacation.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the kitchen supplies and have since added more utensils and bakeware to ensure our guests have everything they need. Regarding the noise, we understand how important a peaceful environment is and regret any inconvenience this caused. While we don’t manage the neighboring units and can't directly control the noise levels, we are exploring ways to better insulate our units to help provide a quieter experience. Great weekend getaway

The condo accommodated 4 adults, and we loved the location to the beach, convenience to the beach chair rentals, and overall access to Destin restaurants. We needed more clarity/instructions, however, on guest access to the building. Beach road access was keypad-gated, and we had to call for better directions. Also, there were no keypad codes provided for the beach-side exterior door entrance or to the fitness center, so we had to call for that too. Armbands were provided, and wifi instructions, but no exterior beach access door codes were given. It would have been helpful to have that information included with our check-in information. Guest services were very nice and quick to respond.

SeaScape resort 410 B

Outstanding location. Inside was clean. Great views. Very close to the beach. Four pools, two are hot tubs, one is and indoor/outdoor headed pool, and the other is all outdoor. If the weather cooperates your number one thing to do is the beach. You are so close. We saw dolphins swim by multiple times. Area seems safe. Getting into the parking the first time is confusing. If you are staying here, and following your phone for directions by-pass the first two entrances and take the one with the security guard. Unlike many VRBO's there are few basic starter items. No salt/pepper, coffee filters. So if you are planning on staying here, bring everything you would need at home except towels and sheets. We loved the views and location!
