The Space:

Sitting directly on the Gulf of Mexico, this bright, nautical-themed vacation rental offers stunning views throughout. Enjoy comfortable furnishings in the living room, along with soaring ceilings, a full, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a charming dining area, and a furnished balcony.



Dine at Steamboat Grill for burgers and beer, or grab a sushi roll or two at Old Florida Fish House, less than a mile north. For additional dining options, Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House and Brozinni Pizza are both less than two miles away. Rent a bike from Bike the Beach 30A and pedal the surrounding beach communities. Or get kayaks or paddle boards delivered to the condo from Rent Gear Here and explore the warm and inviting waters of the Gulf.

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The ocean view from the balcony and the very easy access to the beach are both amazing. The included setup of 4 chairs & 2 umbrellas during season was so perfect too.

Great 4th of July

Unit was great. Unit is on the top floor so the view was great. Elevator on the property is a life saver. Beachside steps are a little different, if you have mobility problems use the elevator and go around to the ramp. Stay was great will be booking next year.

Beautiful location!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family beach getaway. Being able to simply look out the windows or sit on the balcony to observe the sunsets every night was amazing. Walking down a few flights of stairs had our toes in the sand. The beach attendant was so kind and helpful. Having a private beach in a popular location is a must. Everything we wanted!

The property is was very nice. The stay was very nice! However, the dishwasher did not work properly and was reported to the property manager. The dish washer did not totally drain in the normal cycle , thus leaving food residue on bottom of dish washer. The dishes in the cabinets were still wet causing some concern! We had to wash dishes by hand during the whole stay.Disposal was not working but repairman that came to check the dishwasher fixed the problem. I t would be nice to give all instructions at the time of check-in. I did not check my email during our stay. I did not know because of not checking my email, that taking bed sheets off as well as returning parking passes to their original place were requested.

Disappointed

The view is great but if I owned this condo I would be very disappointed with their service, it wasn’t clean, dishwasher broken furniture stained my granddaughter got trapped in the bathroom because the door knob got stuck and we were constantly hassled about where we parked because it was not made clear as to where our vehicles were supposed to park. The price for this condo was way too much for all the problems we incurred would never recommend this property

Great place, even better location

We love this part of the beach and this condo was right in the best spot. Condo was nicely updated and spacious. Would stay here again. One thing that would make it even better would be to have a key pad on the back door access to the stairs to the beach.

Word to describe- Perfect

This was the perfect vacation spot for 4 friends from across the US to meet and catch up. Condo was perfect and the view could not be better. Clear water, ocean waves and private parking was great. Location was great. Short drive to a Panama City; great shopping and food. Highly recommend this place.

Location location location

A beautiful property on a wonderful private beach! Nearby great food and entertainment. The beach is literally at the foot of the condo making for easy use by and for all our family members. Fantastic!

Love the location

We have stayed at Sugar Dunes before but in another unit. We enjoy this area because the beaches aren't crowded and the view is awesome!! This unit was nice but could have been cleaner and we did have a problem with the kitchen sink clogging and the air conditioner the last day we were there, but both were resolved very quickly. Overall this is a great area to stay and we had a great time!!

Great location

The location is amazing. The access to the beach was second to none. This property does not include a chair set up so you have to make your own arrangements. It was also under provisioned. Only two dish washer pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 4 sheets of paper towels . We got in late and did not have time to go to the store, if you stay here more than a few days you have to buy all of those provisions. The house was nicely decorated and the beds were decent. Overall, we are leaving happy but just a few tweaks would be super meaningful.

Check in disaster

We arrived at 4:00 pm (check in time), but we could not access the room with the code provided to us. I called and sent emails without any response while our party waited in the heat and watched the ice cream melt!!! An hour later, exactly at 5:00 pm, the code finally worked. Such poor service—someone should be accessible by phone to trouble shoot 24 hours a day!

Beautiful location on the beach

The staff at the rental office was top notch. Any needs we had (leak under sink, clogged drain, light bulb out in porch) were take care of immediately. The men sent to make repairs were very nice, efficient and professional. The property was not as clean as we are used to, and the furnishings and rugs were stained in various places. 2 of bedrooms were not like the photos (no quilts and decorative pillows and no bed skirts. They were covered in white quilted blankets. Making them look a bit like hospital beds. We got someone to come up and bring blankets that were white and tan waffle weave which looked a bit better. We had to pay for our own beach set up which adds $150 for 2 chairs and one umbrella. The deck furniture is nice and was fun to sit out there. We love the Sugar Dunes development and will come back to it In the future.

Great Beach Access!

Great location and beach access! Our family enjoyed our time here. The beach was great and not crowded. This condo has lots of room. We all were very comfortable . If you want to cook alot this condo may not be for you. The kitchen was not well stocked. Also bring beach towels. The towel quanity was lacking for a family of six. We had a great time, but I was a little appointed for the money.

check in time was not on time by Wyndham.

I arrived to Santa Rosa, Florida at 11 am, called the reservation line to inform them I was already here. Rep informed me that guest had checked out at 10 am and cleaners had just arrived , Called again twice in the afternoon with status of early check-in, to only being informed that the cleaners were still there and the rep will reach out to main office for the cleaners status and will call me back. Never called me back. I called back again at 3 pm and was finally informed by a rep at the call center that "I HAVE ACCESS TO THE AMENITIES UNTIL CHECK-IN TIME." Nowhere on my booking itinerary stated I have early access if I arrive prior to check-in, neither one of the first 2 reps I spoke with in the day informed me that. Called back to the call center at 3:50 pm to check on a return call status of the cleaning and check in, was informed that the main office stated they would call the inspector to see what’s taking so long. Did not receive any call. About 4:05 pm, still I did not receive any call and my check in time is at 4:00 pm, so I asked the call center for the main office #, called the main office and spoke with Logan, asked her for status and she stated the inspector is there now inspecting the property and should take about 20 minutes. As I hung up the call, THE INSPECTOR JUST PULLED UP (yes our entire family watched her park, get out her car to walk into our rental property to inspect) right when she was done, we got the text of check-in was ready AT 4:30 PM. I do not think the check in process was self-explanatory when there is also a garage unit attached to the property. I had to call back and informed Logan to first inform her that when she initially informed me the inspector was there, SHE JUST PULLED UP and once I got the check in text, INSPECTOR just pulled out from inspecting property, and to ask Logan what is this code for is it the garage or door? Then filed a complaint with her about checking in late and I called since 11 am to inform them I was there in case property is cleaned early. She stated she would ask the office manager for some type of courtesy because they ran behind with allowing the next guest to check in, I never got a call back as she promised. Also, clean dishes actually had dried food stain on them in the cabinets. I also initially booked this house for a different rate- I end up being charged for a much higher rate! I felt cheated out my vacation! I will not be returning or even book with Wyndham again.
