San Remo Condominium 201 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

The colorfully cheerful disposition of San Remo 201 is sure to get rid of the blues – well except for the green-blues of Gulf waters in the backyard! A vacation at this 3 bedroom South Walton vacation rental is truly a retreat from the ordinary and it comes with Free Seasonal Beach Service on their designated beach area. Each comfortable room features a lively décor, coordinated furnishings and lullabies courtesy of the soothing Gulf of Mexico.  Upscale vacation rental with a well appointed kitchen and large patio add some pizzazz to this beachfront vacation rental. Plus, the primary suite offers its lucky guests the chance to unwind in the serenity of the oversized bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub.  A tiled living area with carpet in each bedroom provides comfort to your sun and sand soaked toes. There is a fourth bedroom which provides a bunk area with a curtain for privacy, perfect for the kids. And nothing compares to 201's location overlooking the pool and spa, a spectacular fountain and of course the glistening emerald waters.

Set in a quiet location along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, San Remo enjoys the timeless beauty of untouched beaches, a lake and fountain, and a sunny pool deck and hot tub. Simply step out the patio doors and the warm Florida sunshine will greet you and lead you into sun-kissed memories on the shores of their designated beach providing Free Seasonal Beach Service. However, just out the front door and about a ten minute walk to the west you’ll find yourself at Gulfplace. Succulent seafood restaurants, upscale boutiques, Miss Lucille’s coffee shop, bike rentals, and a general store are among the local offerings to top off your beach vacation at San Remo. 

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.


We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.  Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Louisiana Family

Every year my family and I take a beach trip. We have stayed at Navarre, Pensecola, Fort Walton, Destin, Miramar, and now Santa Rosa. To be honest, they all were beautiful but there’s something sweet about less of a crowd. That can only be found in 30A. The accommodations were simply amazing and we will be back. Thanks 30A for a great time. See you soon.

Awesome Place

We have a large family with 5 kids plus one son-in-law. So sometimes finding places we fit comfortably in is a challenge. This condo was perfect for us, the proximity to the beach was an ease, and the location surrounding our favorite restaurants and shops was great. Our only issue was the door code did not work when we arrived because of a tripped breaker that controlled the door and we had all of our groceries with us. So we were a little delayed getting into our unit, but the company responded and sent a technician out very quickly to get us inside. Overall a great property with a a pool and hot tub, controlled access with wrist bands to make sure non-residents aren’t using the amenities and we walked to the Local Catch to eat as well as Be Bold Coffee. Short 3 minute drive to Blue Mountain Creamery.

Great location and property

This was our second time staying in this unit. You can’t beat the location, spacious interiors and beautiful view. We were only disappointed to find out once we arrived that there is no longer a lease with the beach to have the beach seating set up for us and reserved every morning. This meant waking up very early on our vacation to get out to the beach by 6:45 at the latest with our own chairs and umbrella to reserve a good spot on the water so we would be able to supervise our children. Then, starting at 8:00am, we could have the beach attendant set up our beach service chairs in that location. If you aren’t out and setting up by 6:00/6:45 you will be sitting about three rows of families, umbrellas and huge tents back and aren’t able to see the water. Other than this issue, it was a wonder trip.

Relaxing & fun week

This property was perfect for a relaxing & fun family vacation. The condo was beautiful, clean & comfortable. The beach was a short walk from the condo and some small shops & restaurants were in walking distance. Check-in & check-out process was also very easy.

Perfect Location

This condo was beautiful and spacious with a gorgeous view and in an ideal location. Just a quick walk past the pool and you are at the beach. It is only a few minutes from Seaside and surrounded by great restaurants and shops.

Perfect spot!

Loved the end unit. Rooms were spacious and common area was perfect for our family of 8. The views from the balcony were amazing. Loved the pond with turtles, pool and beach all together.

Beautiful place to stay

This condo is absolutely perfect the master was large with a walk-in closet and has its own jacuzzi tub with a stand up shower. Two other bedrooms with queen suites makes it’s easy for everyone to get ready at the same time and a bunk room for the little ones. The kitchen has everything you need and then some, a coffee pot and k cup machine with all of the utensils and pots and pans you could need. Very clean and plenty of room for our two families to enjoy. The view is stunning and the porch is perfect. The pool and hot and work out facility were and clean and maintained well. Just a short boardwalk to most breath taking beach that you ever seen. We will definitely be back.

A+ property with only a few minor glitches.

The condo was perfect for our family. The additional bunk beds gave everyone their own space. The pool and beach access couldn't have been better and the property manager Annette was wonderful. San Remo is our "go-to" location in the Florida panhandle and 201was our best rental to date! The kitchen furnishings could have been better. i.e. no pot holders, no 8x8 baking pan, only one cracker for crabs, some cracked wine glasses. We also found bugs in the dish washer on several occasions.

We provide 24-hour support by phone, ensuring guests can reach someone day or night if an issue arises. Newman-Dailey also provides seasonal extras, including complimentary beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella daily), one adult pass daily to local activities and attractions, and discounts to area businesses. When you stay with Newman-Dailey, you’re treated like family.
