The Space:

You'll marvel at the beachfront location of this comfortable condo at the Calypso Resort & Towers, which sits just around the corner from Pier Park's fantastic shopping, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy 932 square feet of living space and a private balcony overlooking the sparkling white sand and the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Take advantage of resort amenities, which include a shared pool and a fitness center. After blissful days, unwind in the welcoming living area with a TV and amazing views! Whip up your favorite meals and beach snacks in the full kitchen, fitted with a suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware. Added perks of this coastal haven include free WiFi and central air-conditioning.



Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

Hi, just wanted to share my feedback about the stay.I had to call the helpline several times just to find the room, and it still took me almost an hour to locate it myself.The room wasn’t cleaned well — the furniture was dusty, and the kitchen items and bathroom were not maintained properly.My kids also didn’t feel comfortable because of this.Overall, this has been one of my hardest and most disappointing stays.

Great Place

This is a beautiful resort. We felt very safe and secure. We loved the swimming pools and tiki bar. It's very convenient with the short walk to Pier Park. The room was very nice and everything worked great.

First time staying

Would defiantly stay here again, clean and walking distance to near by shops and pier. Place was clean and pics jus like it was online, I could live in this place. the bed squeaked lol but other than that place was described exactly online, Hope to stay again next time I try to visit this area every year.

Location great bike rally week was no rest for a relaxing time!

Check the dates to ensure that you are getting a vacation of relaxation. The unit had roaches which I have stayed before and I have never had that problem so not sure

Apartment is nice but property management (Vacasa) is not good

The apartment was perfectly fine, with an excellent view of the Gulf and an unencumbered view of the sunrises/sunsets. The pool and the beach also make it worthwhile to stay at Calypso. At first, we liked Vacasa's level of communication. They seemed very focused on good customer service, but we learned quickly it was all cosmetic. While they seemed to have schedules for automated texts, the moment we had a sincere request they became evasive and antagonistic. I'd share examples if I could fit it in the character count, but I'll summarize by saying I think Vacasa is insincere and untrustworthy in their approach to customer service. They are nice so long as you don't suggest you haven't gotten what you paid for. I think the inconveniences of not knowing whether or not your apartment would have water for a day and having to wake up to jackhammering on the property do not meet the experience Vacasa suggests by the price they charge to stay with them. I will not be staying at another Vacasa property.
