The Space:

Welcome to Gulf Highlands Beach Resort!



Relax and unwind in this private beach townhouse after a fun filled day at the beach, the pool, or exploring all of the activities Panama City Beach/Bay County has to offer.



This home offers you the choice to prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or grilling on the back patio. Food delivery services are permitted. No travel is necessary for laundry services as the unit has its own washer and dryer. There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the unit. The unit has three smart TVs which allow guests to access to their streaming apps.



Gulf Highlands Beach Resort, boasts 11 pools (the pool within steps of the unit, is heated in the winter months). Walk to the Beach House pool, where by using your resort access code at the gated entrance to the right of the building, guests have access to a private beach entrance, outdoor showers, and restrooms. The Beach House is also home to a restaurant (sit down or take out) serving casual beach fare. Bring your sports equipment to enjoy additional resort amenities: tennis and pickle ball courts, a putt putt course, shuffleboard, and access to the exercise room. Ice and vending machines are located within the property.



Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, just under five miles from Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Spend some time exploring one of the local piers, parks, or nearby towns. Guests can explore St. Andrews State Park, located at the east end of Panama City Beach, featuring a pier, nature trails, beach access, and a shuttle boat tour (entry fees and additional fees may apply). Families may also enjoy local water parks, arcades, chartered fishing trips, and boat tours.

Perfect for a group trip

The house was the perfect size ; had everything we needed and we loved the grill and how accessible it was to everything in the area. Love how the beach was walking distance and communication with the owners was amazing !

Nice place for a family

We had a great time . The condo was nice and spacious and fit a family of 5 well . Very close to the beach . The private access was nice . We rented a golf cart and got around the resort easily

Great beach access

Great location and beach access. Close to shopping and attractions. Heated swimming pools and the mini golf on the resort property were a big plus. Management was responsive to our needs.

Just what we were looking for

We just needed a short stay at a place big enough to be comfortable for the whole family. Very convenient location for a visiting Shipwreck Island. Close to Walmart and Dollar Tree. Found everything we needed.

The beds very comfortable. The couch and love seat very dirty with stains plus not very uncomfortable This needs professional cleaning or just buy new. Many activities going on every day. Loved short walk to beach!!

Cozy

It's an older townhouse but still very clean and cozy, except for the living room furniture which is stained, worn out and in need of replacement. Despite that we were still very comfortable here for the weekend.

We did not have a good stay at this place. The hot water heater must’ve been broken because we had no hot water for showers and the company said we’ll contact someone and we never heard back. It was dirty, the bathrooms had outlines of dirt or mold near all the tubs, sinks etc. It looked just old and not clean. The sofas have stains. I would definitely not stay here again.

Nice and affordable

Exactly as advertised. Check-in was easy. Place was nice and kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. I have 1 complaint about this place. Everytime a door opens, front, back or upstairs, a bell rings. Woke the people that was sleeping on pull out couch up constantly, with no way of turning off.

Great place and location!!

We absolutely loved it here! This was our first time staying across the street from the beach and we couldn't have picked a better place!! It was an easy short walk to beach. The condo was so clean and we loved all the decor! The kitchen had everything we needed. The back patio is in the shade in the mornings and i loved sitting out there drinking my coffee as my daughter chased all of the lizards. The beds were really comfortable. We do wish we had brought more blankets. And that's only because we like to turn air down a little more at night. There were only extra sheets and the top blanket was a little thin. I highly recommend this place and we will be booking it again next year! Thank you!!

Cleanliness. I felt unit could have been a lot cleaner. You could see long time dirt.

Could use a good cleaning. The supplies were limited, hand soap, etc. There was no pot holders it kitchen things of that nature that we had to purchase.

Hot water

We went 4 days out of 7 without hot water. They tried to fix but could not. Miserable showers w/only cold water. Vacasa offered to move us up the beach probably in traffic an hour drive but we were having a family reunion so that plan was not practical. I paid alot for the week and was only offered $200 for the inconvenience. I expected at least a day refund. Ridiculous.
