Shower had no hot water. Let management know but they didn’t do anything to fix it or offer to compensate.

Horrible experience!

Multiple issues including dishwasher not working, no hot water, shower in 2nd bath not working and igniter in oven does not cut off. Took 3 days to get any response from Vacasa only to be told that the dishwasher not working was a known issue which was not disclosed to me at any time by Vacasa! Shower was fixed, blamed hot water issues on complex and had no idea what to do about oven. No further communication received from Vacasa. Have requested a refund!

Clean property but not for long stay. One set of sheets, no gas in bbq, oven did not work, frig was too cold and froze things, water in washing machine area, pool was in back yard but not open. I could go on. The unit was very nice but had too many issues. We have stayed there at least five times so we know what is expected.

Vacation

Was a great stay overall but location and gated neighborhood was a plus. The people who rented it last left the pilot on to the fireplace and we had to air it out while waiting outside for the gas company to arrive. The place is very nice but could use a little more cleanliness in specific areas as in the jets for the bath in the master bathroom and dusting. Although we had a couple hickups at the beginning i will say it was still a good stay. Vacasa was urgent when responding to issues to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We love our stay in the condo and the only thing was the air conditioner didn’t cool enough for us we would wake up in the middle of the night sweating .

Great are but SLIGHTLY misleading

My wife and I have been coming to Panama City for years now and we've stayed within the Gulf Highlands property numerous times. This was our first time at a Vacase property and overall, it was a intensely okay experience. To preface, the communication, cleanliness, and location of the property is not, at all, poor or misleading in anyway. The check-in process was quickly and easily handled. As a matter of fact, it was one of the more simplified and easy handled check-in processes I've had coming to PCB. My only issue with this property was reserved for the second floor only. The upstairs portion of this property is severely dated, with some questionable furniture arrangements made and a few issues are present with the utilities. The master bedroom is not situated to be comfortably sat in. The only television is positioned on a small end table on the other side of the room from the bedroom, in a small extension that has two chairs. The chairs face the TV and the TV itself is facing parallel to the bed, so that it cannot be seen without either moving the TV itself around or shifting the table around to face the bed. Even then, only the person on the side furthest from the door will be able to see the TV due to the other person blocking their view. It's extremely strange and it is essentially like having a sitting room conjoined to the bedroom. Also, the master bathroom toilet ran after flushing and continued until I fixed it manually by taking the lid off of the tank and correcting it. The second bedroom features a walk in shower that cannot be used because the door doesn't properly seal itself shut and hangs slightly open. Also, the carpet on the stairs are stained and do not seem to have been cleaned in some time. But that was the only housekeeping issue I saw. Ultimately, these things didn't derail our stay in the slightest, but they are things I wish I had known before I chose this property to make me at least think twice or see what is available elsewhere within the community. It is certainly not the worst property in Panama City. It isn't even the worst property in Gulf Highlands as far as I know. But I do know there are BETTER properties out there that you can find.

Great condo!

Very nice place, clean and close to beach. Beautiful pool right outside the ground floor condo. Exactly as advertised and I would recommend it to anyone. When first driving into the property, it was difficult to find the condo (It is a huge complex!) Thanks for the great trip! My grandkids loved it also!

Fall Stay 2021

Very convenient location. Very nice amenities as well. I sent a review back to the management system that texted me on arrival about the main TV. We could not figure out how to use it (maybe print and laminate instructions?), and was wondering if it was even working, because we also noticed that it was almost too large for the table it was sitting on and when we turned the TV, there was a colored band across the screen. Also, we suggested leaving a broom/dust pan available to the visitors so they can keep the place cleaner during their stay. Overall, we had such a great time and absolutely loved it.

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was just steps from the pool and playground (which my Grandson loved). I would highly recommend this property. With that being said...When we arrived I noticed a lack of towels. I didn't realize until I went to do some laundry the next day that there were wet towels in the washing machine. Needless to say, I had to spend some of my vacation washing, drying, and folding towels from the previous tenants. I'm sure that it was just an honest mistake made by housekeeping. I would love to give this property a 5/5 but because I had to do this I will have to give it a 4.5/5. Overall it was a wonderful trip.

Extremely Satisfied

This place is completely as described and more! We were very pleased with everything. The pool being right outside the back doors was amazing!! My kids could play and I could sit on the patio and watch. The location was very central to everything. We were able to get most places in few minutes. We also felt very safe. I highly recommend this place and look forward to booking again the in future!!

Fabulous play to stay!

My sons and I truly enjoyed this property—the pool is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious & beautiful. There were just a couple of minor things like the plugs being so loose in the wall (bedrooms) that my phone charger fell out during the night, which resulted in my battery life draining to 1%, almost resulting in us missing our morning alarm...and the pillows in the rooms are very thin (but hotels’ pillows are the same way). Our family would definitely stay here again, however. The neighborhood is clean and friendly, as well. 👌🏼

Cute place, Beach is super close.

It’s a cute place for a family of five. The pool is right out in the back yard which is perfect. My little girl loved the small playground area. The beach is super close too it’s walking distance which was nice.
