The Space:

This stunning, waterfront condo is located in the prestigious Aqua resort in Panama City Beach. A well-equipped kitchen, upscale living room, and private balcony make this a true home away from home. The full kitchen flows into the formal dining room, just as the formal dining room flows into the spacious living area. A beautiful, community space, this living area has two large sofas and a cable-equipped, TV. Just outside is your spacious, shaded balcony, complete with a table and chairs so that everyone can have a perfect view of the Gulf. You can even spot the famous Russell Fields Pier from here! Guests will also enjoy access to a variety of on-site amenities including a shared indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, and a fitness room.



This home is just a short stroll from the Russell Fields Pier, the longest pier on the Gulf! This popular tourist attraction jets 1,500 feet into the water, and rumor has it that the fishing is fantastic from the very end of the pier! Pier Park is a popular shopping center with a number of excellent restaurants, and there is always some kind of live music or entertainment going on there throughout the year.

Very nice overall. Dishes need better attention. To cook a meal we had to wash the pots and pans. The microwave door is broken and the dryer vent trap is broken. Just small details. We have stayed at aqua many times and the staff are usually pleasant but there was an incident. The pool was closed due to lightning. All access to the beach was blocked off. The front desk sent us one way and the pool staff tried to send us back. Just poorcommunication. overall, it was a great stay.

Great location! Lots of room!

The property and rental itself were great! However my daughter left her AirPods and backpack on the top bunk and realized it right after we left. I called immediately ready to pay to have them shipped. Never heard back, then called the next day, then a week later to be told they weren’t found 😓

Overall ok but some issues

The overall stay was fine. Good experience but the shower curtain had mold.. One of the televisions in the bedroom did not work. Maintenance was called several times but no one ever came. Overall 7/10

Beautiful view, great location, but improvements needed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay for New Years weekend; however, there were a few things that was less than impressive. First, was the verification process which I have never had to deal with before. I had to stay on the phone with an agent for quite some time answering questions the day we were checking in. Once we made it to the room, within 5 minutes of walking through the door, I received a text asking about the cleanliness of the condo. From what I had saw at that point, I gave a review of 5: however, as soon as we were settled we realized the couches are nothing short of needing to be replaced. The TVs/cable service was mediocre. The WiFi on the TVs did not work and so we were unable to utilize streaming services, which is absolutely the most popular means of viewing in todays world, especially with children. The floors appeared clean until we took our shoes off and they were disgusting. There was dirt and grime throughout. We could not walk around without shoes on. On the other hand, beds and linens were as clean and comfortable as one could ask for and appliances were nice and clean.

It was very clean, spacious, and comfy. Loved the beautiful ocean view. Would definitely stay here again. We did have a little trouble with the parking process, but once we asked around it was all good.

Resort was exactly the location that we wanted. No hassle check-in and Vacasa also checked in to make sure everything was as expected.

Great place for last minute

We came down to PCB for our son's basketball tournament . This condo was awesome! Alot of room with a great view of the ocean. The reason for the 3 stars for cleanliness: I do recommend that the floors should be cleaned after every stay. The bottom of my feet on the first night was black. The bathroom doors was very dirty. Other than that we had a good time!

Great place!!

Loved the room, it was clean and very nice, great view the place we rented through called twice to make sure everything was fine and we had no problems, once before we headed down and once after we had been there. Lots of great places in walking distance to eat and shop.

Family vacation

The condo was a great. The location and the view Was amazing! The master shower was extremely small, had to use the guest bathroom. The condo wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The floors were still sandy and the stove was nasty on the inside.

Great location

We enjoyed the property. The unit was clean and had everything needed. Within walking distance of Pier Park which is a huge plus since traffic is terrible. I would recommend and stay here again!
