As an added bonus, you'll be just a mile down the road from the Silver Sands Premium Outlets offering a variety of name-brand retail shops and convenient, family-friendly dining options.



The Gulf-view balcony is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or cap it off with a sunset cocktail. Inside, you'll find an inviting interior filled with home comforts and essentials including a full kitchen, plush furnishings, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. Free WiFi and smart TVs are equipped for home entertainment or remote working.

I would not choose this condo again for the following reasons.The person at the gate did not explain that unit # was not on the second floor, adding to our confusion as we dragged luggage and carts from one building to the next. We finally figured it out. One of the master bedrooms had a significant problem with the air conditioning and stayed warm at best. There was water leaking from the utility closet, water heater, or AC unit.One of the chairs on the balcony was broken.There were issues with the electrical outlets; some worked, some didn't- completely random. I attempted to troubleshoot, but the switches didn't help either. The elevators in the middle of the building were out of service for the entire one-week stay.The condo definitely needs some attention.
