Quick weekend in sun

We enjoyed beach location and nice that it allowes dog on beach there. We did not do it however. There was plenty of places to walk there.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay @ 4311! After a bit of trouble getting in the back gate and our front door, things went smoothly for the rest of our trip! The kitchen was stocked with everything that’s needed to stay in and cook though we did enjoy many of the local restaurants! All in all, this condo was as it’s presented online!

Wonderful stay

The condo was clean and quiet. We thought we had everything we needed but realized we left the cooler. The condo had one in it along with extra beach chairs! The beach was super close (right across the street.) We enjoyed the stay and will book again!

Anniversary Trip

Location, location, location…. We visit every year and this was the 1st time staying at Maravilla. This condo is exactly as described on photos, walking distance to the beach, loved the complimentary of beach chairs/umbrella setup, restaurants and shopping super close…. Home away from home, we hope this location is available for next visit. If you stay here, you’ll enjoy your stay. Thank you Vacasa & 4311 owners for an amazing stay 🏖️.

Amazing property

We had the best time. Everything was super clean and well maintained. The only thing we would have liked different would have been some kind of instruction on how the TV service worked. Will be coming back to you all.

Relaxing week

We love Maravilla and have stayed here many times. It has great amenities, close to beach. beautiful pools, friendly guests. Near to great restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately our week here this year was not the usual nice weather. We only had 2 days of Sun out of 10 days. We hope to be back next spring with better weather!

Great place

We just stayed at this condo for vacation. Listing is accurate. We had everything we needed for meals, and beach service and pools were great. So were grills and pickleball courts. The WiFi would not connect though. Otherwise it was great. Highly recommend.

Unsatisfactory

I normally try to leave good reviews but I am still pretty upset about this rental. First, the property was stated as being smoke free but upon opening the door a stench of stale cigarette smoke lingered. Next, the carpets were all stained up and looked really gross. The wifi password didn't work, there were crumbs on the kitchen table, there was a lingering smell of dog feces in the bedroom, and the drain in one of the bathrooms was stopped up. I notified the office of all of these issues while I was there and they said they would get back to me on a resolution. Guess what, they didn't bother. I'd really appreciate some type of financial refund for not meeting the expectations as described in the listing.

Nice Condo For My Vacation

I stayed at Maravilla 4311 for 3 weeks in January 2024. Communication re check-in process was fine. Arrived and found no parking pass which the complex requires. I contacted Vacasa and they got me one that evening. Everything was nice - the furniture, new appliances, new washer and dryer, plenty of cooking pans and dishes. Only problem for me was no ironing board but just had a table pad. Yes, I still iron! Also, the owner must stay there at times as all closets and several cupboards were locked. There was just a place in the corner of the bedroom to hang your clothes and that was hardly big enough for me. I had no place to tuck my suitcases out of sight. Seemed tacky. They also need new sheets as they don’t fit the bed and kept coming off the bottom, Cleanliness was good, but it could use a good spring cleaning and some paint touch ups. Dirt buildup along baseboards in a lot of places. Overall, this was a nice place to stay and I would again. I love staying at Maravilla and it’s good to have a place I can bring my dog if I need to. I have rented this for next year. Very convenient for Destin or Sandestin stores and beach is a short walk.

Thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased that you thought our home was nice and that you'd stay here again-- we'd love to have you! That said, we apologize for the issues you encountered and our local manager assured us they will share your comments about the linens and cleanliness with the housekeeping team. Additionally, they will reach out to the homeowner about possibly adding an ironing board. The bedroom does provide a hanging area, dresser, bookshelf-style storage with doors, and a luggage rack but the locked closets are for the owner's use. We regret any inconvenience and we appreciate your feedback. We enjoyed having you as our guest and look forward to hosting you again.

First time Vacasa stay

First we made reservations and paid in full without being disclosed prior that balcony would be inaccessible due to construction. We had no idea they would cover balcony with plastic that can’t see through!! And blocked the door from opening so could not even get fresh air not to mention if there had been a fire! We always stay here due to traveling with a pet. For years we have been allowed to check in before 4 if room is ready. Vacasa refused and we sat in car for an hour with pet when room was ready!! Never again!! Then we arrive to crumbs on stove, stained carpet, furniture and pillows. Never had this experience at Maravilla ever. AC was clicking off and on upon arrival. We report to 800 number, they call Priority 1 at 530 pm to check it. At 730 still no show… ETA was after 9pm!!! We refused… how much inconvenience will you put your guest in!?!? Was on phone repeatedly about this… so much for relaxation! We had no more contact with Vacasa the rest of our stay so we could enjoy our time. Lesson learned…rent direct from owner.

Darrell, we are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We're sorry the balcony was not available due to construction. Our local manager assured us that the constriction information was posted as soon as it was received and we regret the disappointment this caused. Additionally, we're sorry the A/C needed maintenance and that it could not be repaired more quickly. Our team tried to resolve the issue as soon as possible so you could enjoy the remainder of your stay but had to work with the A/C vendor's schedule. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to have the chance to better impress you on your next getaway.
