A private boardwalk leads directly from the house to the beach, where you'll experience world-class wildlife-watching and fishing right at your doorstep. From peaceful sunrise strolls to breathtaking sunset views, every moment is unforgettable.



The home is also a prime location for turtle hatching season—with three Olive Ridley turtle nests right along your stretch of beach, you'll have an exclusive view of this incredible natural event. And yes, your four-legged family members are welcome too—this home is dog-friendly!

Loved the location

We enjoyed our stay at As Pelicans Pass. It was fun to walk right out and be on the beach. The only thing that would have made the stay better was to have had some beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, sand toys) available to borrow and enough beach towels for each of us staying at the house. Since we flew, we weren’t able to bring anything like that with us.

We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful view. The open floor plan was perfect and so was the dining table! The deck is a little hot during the day with no shade but the mornings and evenings are perfect! We saw dolphins every morning. We hope to be back next year!

Much needed vacation!!!!!!

We thought the house and location were great. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed or wanted. We liked the wood on the inside of the house, like having a cabin at the beach. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was because the cleaning crew did not do a very good job. But like I said, we loved the house and location and did not want to leave! We would like to stay there again.

Beautiful location and house was comfortable

Only downside was dishwasher was broken and they sent a new one but it never got installed. Could use a better shower head and needs to be sprayed for roaches. It was comfortable and the porch fantastic views of the gulf. Wish they had called me back about dishwasher but overall we enjoyed ourselves!!

quiet beach stay

We had lovely stay at Pelican's Pass. The cabin is right on the beach, and the beach was fairly quiet in September, even on the weekend. The cabin was clean and well-maintained, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The only drawback was a good amount of jelly fish in the water. I brushed past one as well as one of the kids, and we felt prickly and itchy for the next couple of hours. It wasn't too bad though.

5 Star View But No A.C.

I have stayed at this location twice before, and it has always been great! This time was much different. It was 80 degrees at check-in, the faucet and garbage disposal were broken, some of the bedding was dirty and covered with hairs as if someone had slept in it before we checked in. One of the beds wasn’t made at all, and the master bed was made with a twin comforter that didn't even reach the sides. I discussed the grill with Vacasa prior to our stay and when it came time to use it we discovered it was filthy and had roaches. Multiple reach outs to Vacasa only resolved the bedsheet problem. The view from this location is phenomenal! It is a terrible disservice for the property manager to let it go like they have. We will not be staying here again.

Beautiful home great location

We absolutely loved staying here the home an location was perfect for our family. The beach wasnt crowded an our kids an dog had tons of space we definitely recommend staying here, however they do have a roach issue that needs to be taking care of. I understand with renters things happen but it wasn't just a few. We did have issues with getting in touch with the local company to let them know. We could only get in touch with the main company an was told multiple times someone would reach out an that never happened. We did end up finding roach spray under the sink so it seems they knew about it but I wish communication was a bit better, or they could have mentioned it before our stay. Other than that this was a great vacation and we absolutely love it.

Great place to stay

This place was a great place to stay. A beautiful view of the ocean. Private beach access. Spacious deck with grill. Soft, comfortable bed. A lot of natural light due to the amount of windows. The only issue we had was the access code that was emailed to us was not the actual code. We had to call the rental company to get the actual code. Aside from that a great vacation and considering for next year.

Great House and Location

We enjoyed our stay at As Pelican's Pass. The house was very clean and well located in Indian's Pass on the beach. The open living-dining area was great for families and the deck with the view of the Gulf was really nice. The house had a full size stackable washer and dryer so we were always assured of clean towels. The only downsides were that the kitchen appliances were old and the ice maker did not work. We would stay there again.
