The Beach Lily - South Cape San Blas - Pet Friendly

We are pleased to present our new beach house, steps away from the Gulf of Mexico on South Cape San Blas. This house has everything you need for your stay at the Forgotten Coast, including peekaboo water views!

Situated in the quiet community of Surfside Estates, the Beach Lily is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that can comfortably sleep 9. Enjoy one of the large decks as you watch the sunrise and sunset light the sky on fire. Or take a quick walk down the boardwalk to the beach, don’t forget to bring the leash for the pups, they love the sand between their paws! Shelling is the best down on the beach, you will be sure to find at least one beauty you will not be able to resist picking up. Scalloping, boating and kite surfing are other activities that you could find in the area. Right outside the neighborhood you will find a long, paved bike trail that you can ride, run, walk, skip all the way down to the end of the cape if you wish. Pack your pickleball paddles and get out on the courts, they are walking distance from the house at Salinas Park and great fun for everyone!

The Beach Lily is centrally located, with the charming town of Apalachicola 15 minutes one way and the quaint Port St Joe 15 minutes the other way.

We went late August as a family of four adults. It was very perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Beach was easily accessed and not crowded. Parking was good for two cars. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Mother-Daughter Getaway

Beach Lily is a definite keeper

Our month-long stay was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning. Brad was great and responded immediately to any questions we had. I would recommend adding shelving in the bedroom closets since there are no dressers.

Fantastic New Property!

We were the first to stay in this great house! Quick and easy beach access. House was fully stocked with some of everything we needed. Host was quick to reply and a breeze to deal with. Perfect for our two large dogs. Will stay here again!

Perfect Home and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Lilly! The home was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with the essentials and in a perfect location. Absolutely one of the best homes we’ve ever rented. We enjoyed the home so much we booked our next stay for Spring before our week was even over. The neighborhood the home is located in is great, very clean and safe. There is an abundance of wildlife in the area, we love wildlife so that was a plus for us! 😊 The Beach Lilly is perfection, you’ll love your stay!

Great trip in June

We stayed at the Beach Lily for 4 weeks this summer and had a wonderful stay. The walk from the house to the beach is short and the wagon provided made it easy to take things out each day. We have a 4 and 5 year old and we enjoyed long days playing on the beach, swimming and finding shells. We thought the furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The owner was excellent to work with during our stay. Any concern or need we had was handled quickly and courteously. We love Cape San Blas and we would definitely book this house again.

Beach home away from home!

We were excited to find this home! It met our family (+ one very happy dog) needs! The owners were amazing to work with and quick to provide instructions and answer any questions we had. We absolutely loved the home - decor, floor plan, comfort, porches for morning coffee, kitchen accessories, comfortable beds, warm showers, and even the beach cart! The beach access was a very short walk - we enjoyed shelling and watching the dolphins swim! I would highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a home away from home at the beach! Thank you again!

Stay in Paradise

We have been coming to the Cape since 2015 and this is our favorite house to stay at. It had a little bit of everything. Plenty of towels, soap, and lots of comfort! My husband loved the couch but loved the master bed even more. That had to be the best mattress we had ever slept on. The view from the decks were great. It had the cutest touches too. The postcards were adorable. Oh and the beach cart was very handy. Our week was near perfect weather. We saw the dolphins most every day too. The hardest part was leaving.

House was nice and new but There is only 1 tv in the whole house I’m sure there Will people who care careless about a tv in the bedrooms but for us We like to watch tv in the bedroom before we go to sleep And also for some reason the master bedroom wouldn’t cool down as rest of the bedrooms and rest of house I actually slept in a bunk bed room as it would get cool at night

Adored the Beach Lily

My husband and I found our hearts in Cape San Blas last year and we’re adamant that we would need to bring our in laws down to experience it as we had. We lucked out in finding the Beach Lily last minute and didn’t hesitate to book Bradley’s listing and so glad we did!! He was the most helpful host, very open with details and communication, especially as Hurricane Adalia swept up the Florida coast just days before our scheduled visit. The house was everything that was listed in the listing and more. It was the perfect beach house to stay in with the beach just a short walk from the house. We enjoyed beach days, walks, and a bonfire with the family. Also a great fishing house as it was a short drive from St. Joseph Bay and Apalachicola bay and the covered area allowed for us to pull our boat through and store it after a day of fishing/scalloping. Couldn’t have asked for a better time on the Cape and cannot wait to be back again!! Thank you Bradley for allowing us into your home to make memories that I’ll hold onto forever.

Beach Lily Family Trip

We had a lovely stay. The house was great and owner was quick to respond with any questions. There are two sets of stairs to the bedroom floor then another set of steps to the main living space. Plenty of space for my husband and I and 4 adult children. The walk to the beach was quick and the cart provided was so helpful. View from the upper deck did have a view of the ocean and was so nice to sit out and relax. I rely on reviews when I book so want to explain the 4 stars. The bunk bed room beds had not been washed and Keurig and coffee maker wasn’t clean. Owner was quick to offer to have the cleaning service return but we chose just to take care of it ourselves and have him address it with his cleaning crew. Washer and dryer were on bedroom floor and was so convenient to use. This would not deter me from rebooking and would definitely stay at the Beach Lilly again. As for the beach they are allowed to drive on a path of it which was a surprise to me but we adjusted quickly. Want to end my review by saying the owner was such a great host and the home was so nice. You definitely can not go wrong booking this one!
