This beachfront duplex is located in the small community of Gulf Trace, only half a mile from a variety of restaurants, shops, and local attractions. You'll be less than a mile from Hurricane Oyster Bar, Grayton Beer Brewpub, the Red Bar, and other local hangouts in Grayton Beach, and one mile from excellent swimming, canoeing, hiking, and fishing at Grayton Beach State Park.

This house is ALL about the access. The only reason I didn’t rae it 5 stars is because the house is older and has few amenities. It is fairly priced with that in consideration. The location is out standing! Beautiful view and beach access. We loved staying here.

Wonderful location!

We recently stayed at this home for a family vacation and absolutely loved the location of the house - it’s wonderful to walk out the back door straight onto the beach! We spent many nights playing card games on the screened back porch, and the whole family enjoyed the beautiful views and the convenience of the neighborhood to all the great 30A beach towns!

Wonderful week!

Such a great place to spend a week at the beach with the family. Lots of room to hang out, especially the screened porch. The beds were all comfortable and it was nice to have plenty of bathrooms! Close to restaurants if you want to eat out but with the well equipped kitchen, we cooked most meals. Loved our stay!

Excellent location

The house matched the pictures, great layout, perfect location, very comfortable beds! Loved you could rent chairs/umbrella on the beach, not crowded, very beautiful! We definitely would come back. Helps to have a rental car to get around. Thank you for a great experience!

Beautiful home!

Great property! That's cool would definitely stay here again. Kitchen could have used some larger skillets and other kitchen utensils plus a griddle would have been nice. Appreciated the ample towel and blanket supply!

Amazing Condo & Beach on 30A!!!

Absolutely pristine condo with gorgeous views!! Loved the huge screened porch facing the ocean. Condo has been recently updated and is amazing. If you want a more private beach area please check this one out. We LOVED it!

Great Location

Location was great, beach quiet, close to nearby shopping and restaurants. Cleanliness needs improvement. Issues with plumbing but management addressed quickly and efficiently. Would definitely consider for another vacation.

We enjoyed this place so much!!! Our favorite of the many in which we have stayed over the past 20+ years on 30a. Right on the beach. Quiet, very comfortable, and we even met Roy, the most accommodating and helpful housekeeper EVER. Thank you.

Wonderful stay!

This was such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely rent this house again in the future. I rented this property for a girls’ trip, and it was the perfect accommodation for 8 adults. Not only was the house itself comfortable and clean, its proximity to the beach was perfect. We could easily come and go from the beach all day long since it was just a short walk back to the house. The privacy of the beach was definitely a plus- there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the seclusion. Thanks for a great experience!

Perfect location

We love this neighborhood and have stayed in it previously. The beach & Location privacy is what we love. The house was great location so close to the beach. Views from the home and porches were spectacular views. The home lacked any large cook wear for cooking family meals. The house could use a good deep cleaning. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

Better than expected views, access and furnishungs

The location, views and quality of the furnishings and kitchen (all updated) was far beyond our expectations. Being on the end of Gulf Trace, with views over the dunes to Alligator Lake and the ocean we're stunning. Access to the lakes as week as the beach is in many ways far and above the utility of facing the beach directly, and considerably more private. We are coming back.

Summer beach family trip

Fantastic location. Love Gulf Trace. Third consecutive year to stay in this neighborhood. First time at oasis. Beautiful views of the water and easy walk to the beach. Loved the screened in porch. Beautifully decorated!!! Updated bathrooms and kitchen, however kitchen needs more glasses, storage containers and baking pans. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced Overall would absolutely rent this duplex again.

Nice and comfortable

This duplex is only just around the bend from the houses that are completely beach front and has a great view of both the beach and across the dunes to Grayton. The 3 fulls baths upstairs with the bedrooms were up-to-date, the half bath on the first floor was convenient, and I imagine we would have made use of the shower downstairs if it had been swimming and sweating weather. The kitchen/dining area is very nice and the sitting area is clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was the star for us. We spent many hours relaxing there day and night.

Happily Surprised

We were very happy with our stay at this house. We knew that it was close to the beach and had a view but it was better than expected. The walk to the beach was short and private. The house is clean with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were nice, except the master shower needs a bench for the ladies to shave their legs. Kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook with. My only complaint is that the house is not available in October when we would like to go back.

Great Location

Amazing location! Original listing is a little misleading due to pics of beach proximity and walkway to beach, yet upon receiving check in info we were told we can not walk out to the beach, must use public access entrance bc beach in front of house is private. Well, that’s why we picked this location! We were there off season so this wasn’t an issue (no one was on the beach), however, if I rented during peak season I would want this info to be very clear. The layout of the house is awesome (we had two combined families and everyone had plenty of room) and the available beach “toys” were an added bonus! Highly recommend this property.

Water’s Edge

It’s right where you wanna be, if you want to be on the beach. If you want to paddleboard and kayak… If you want to walk on a less crowded beach… If you want morning sunrise paddle boarding on a coastal lake. . . If you want long adventuresome bike rides, yoga on the lake, and a safe place to explore. Safe, if you don’t venture around a freshly drained coastal lake; as, you may discover how quicksand forms. Yikes!
