ABOUT EASTSIDE WAVE
Eastside Wave is a two-story, 5-bedroom, 3-bath home in the gated Gulf Trace neighborhood of Grayton Beach on 30A, with sleeping for 12. It has a private pool behind a 6-foot privacy fence, Gulf views from the main living area, and a Gulf Trace beach walkover about 50 yards away.

The open living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, large windows and plenty of seating, and the kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The home has two living areas with smart TVs and YouTube TV, and a tankless water heater keeps hot water flowing.

On the first floor, the Primary Bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and Bedroom 2 has a king bed and uses a first-floor bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has two queen beds, Bedroom 4 has a king bed and a deck with a Gulf view, and the loft has two twin beds, a large TV, board games and puzzles. The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

The fenced pool area has a sun deck, shaded lounge space, a natural gas grill and an outdoor shower. Pool heat is available for $50 per day during the cooler months. Covered parking under the home includes a shaded play area.

HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION
The closest Gulf Trace beach walkover is to the east, about a 1-minute walk, 3 houses from the home. The next walkover is 5 more houses down and has a boardwalk with no steps, which makes it easy to bring a wagon or rolling cooler. Just east of Gulf Trace, the Grayton Beach access at the end of DeFuniak Street has a lifeguard on duty during the season, and Grayton Beach State Park is nearby.

- Parking is limited to 6 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.
- Golf carts are not allowed in Gulf Trace, and outside golf cart rentals are not permitted.
- Bikes are not included.

Better Than Average

The house was nice and close to the beach. Had a small view of ocean. The description and pictures led us to believe the view was more, but a new condo with 4 stories was right in front of our beach view. Would consider staying again.

We had a great family trip four families ranging in age from 1-70. The home was well stocked, pool was spotless, and the walk to the beach was easy. The ac worked like a champ and when we had a couple issues the coastal dreamin team were quick and efficient to resolve. The neighborhood has alot of construction,common during off peak season, and even the workers were super nice and thoughtful. We all agreed we would rent this property again for our size family and needs. It is not beach front though it is one row back but still has a small view of ocean from the homes deck and den area. . The beach was never crowded and we loved feeling safe with the gated community. Plenty of room to park under the home for our massive 4 vehicles. We also liked the home had an area to wash sand off downstairs as the beach access area does not. We brought additional towels and blankets of our own along with our beach supplies but they even had some provided. Great water pressure and hot water for all ! The high end washed and dryer worked great for our family and we came home with clean clothes no problem. We always clean up after ourselves with a rental and these were our departure pictures so you can see real time.

Great location

East side wave was a great spot for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Short, easy walk to the beach and beautiful view of the ocean. Pool was perfect for us to hang while babies napped. The house was clean and kitchen supplies were well stocked. The app and instructions were a bit all over the place. One clean document or email would have been easier than poking around on multiple sections in the app with cringy beach lingo that muddied the basic info and sometimes conflicted with the binder on site. Also, there were some basics we would have expected like tissues, coffee filters and pillow cases for the extra pillows.

Short 2 minute walk to boardwalk and beautiful uncrowded beach! Plenty of parking for multi-families. View of beach from living area. Outdoor deck great for extra living space. Pool-a little cool for visit first week in May, but nice to have. Only drawback was one shared bathroom for all bedrooms upstairs. House construction across and down the street made it a little noisy during day, but we were mostly at the beach, so it wasn’t really a problem. Will definitely consider coming back and that is a huge complement bc we have stayed at multiple places over the years!

Great house

House was great! 2 minute walk to boardwalk and beach made it easy to take grandkids in for naps. Large deck also made a great area for family visiting. View of beach from the living area was very nice. Kitchen was nice. Plenty of parking for our multi-family that came from all directions- we had 4 cars. Pool-a little cool while we were there, but still very nice to have. Construction going on across and down the street during our stay, which was noisy on occasion, but we were on the beach most of the time. Beach was beautiful and not crowded. Great blue green water! The bedrooms upstairs had to share a bathroom which would probably be the only drawback. Will definitely consider coming again.

One of the best stays I've had!!

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my recent stay here. Plenty of covered parking, great kitchen and living area. Comfortable bedrooms with nice closet space! Walking to the beach was close and easy too. Close to great dining as well. I will book here again most likely sooner than later!

Loved this house! Everything was super clean. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great pool. VERY easy walk to the beach, and there were NO crowds, even on a busy fall break week. Cozy, safe neighborhood. Management company was very easy to work with and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Our Beach Stay at Eastside Wave

Spent four days in August 2025 there with my two daughters, two granddaughters, and great grand baby twins. What an absolutely wonderful property, so spacious, bright, and comfortable! Huge well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating for all in the great room. Short walk to the beautiful beach. We had everything we needed and it truly exceeded our expectations!!

Family Beach Trip!!!

Enjoyed the location very much. Great house, comfortable, easy to sleep and hang out with a family in. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet, surrounded by state park so the beach was not crowded, and our kids could ride scooters and bikes around the neighborhood safely. Yet, there is still great access to multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance and plenty more with a 5–10-minute drive. Great house set up and location to enjoy the beach with the family and with ease!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Eastside Wave! We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings and watching the sunset in the evenings. The neighborhood is wonderful – peaceful, quiet, and just a quick drive or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The beach access is literally 100 steps away - we counted! The home was absolutely immaculate when we arrived, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed – so easy to settle in and feel right at home. It's the perfect spot for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Can't wait to come back!

Can't wait for next year!

We had such a wonderful stay. We didn't realize how close it is to the beach! The beach was not crowded at all. We heard throughout the week about how seaside and other places were three deep with tents, but we had no issue at all being right in front of the water and didn't feel crowded at all. We were close to grayton beach restaurants and we even walked to hurricane oyster bar for dinner one night. What a great place, no issues, and checked every box we could ask for! We are going to book next years trip ASAP!!

Perfect Beach Getaway - 5 Stars All the way around!

The rental home offered a truly luxurious experience near the coast. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, providing ultimate comfort and relaxation. The proximity to the beach allowed for easy access to the sand and waves. It was a truly memorable vacation, exceeding all expectations. This type of getaway is highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. The pool is heated which was amazing for accommodating the cooler weather with plenty of lounge area it also included a grill. It had the perfect sunset view to end the day. It was very spacious and perfect for a family beach vacation.

Our stay might have been better had there not been another family in our house when we showed up an hour and a half after check-in since they wouldn't let us check in early. Apparently, the cleaning company let the other family in our rental who had mistakenly come to our side of the house (right side) versus the left side which they rented. This is also something that isn't disclosed in the description...this is a shared walls, split balcony with gate to other side rental home so if you don't want to hear the other sides music etc this may not be the place for you. The rental company did nothing when we reported another family had been in our rental house for at least an hour and a half...they didn't give us a refund for the inconvenience and didn't send anyone back out to clean (luckily the other family hadn't been in the beds). Pictures also don't show this well but it's not a loft area for the kids twin beds it is attached to a king room so someone staying in the upstairs king room would have to walk through the kids room and outside the hallway to get to the bathroom (not ideal at all). Upstairs king bed also was possibly the most uncomfortable and noisiest beds we've slept in. Every time you rolled over it squeaked loudly. Beach wasn't crowded which was nice and house otherwise as described but has had it's fair share of wear and tear.

A True Private Oasis for Large Families! (Eastside Wave)

Our recent stay at "Eastside Wave" at Greyson Beach was absolutely phenomenal, especially for our group of three families. Finding a vacation home that comfortably sleeps and houses three families can be tricky, but this house delivered! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the number of comfortable beds meant no one had to sacrifice a good night's sleep. The location is unparalleled. The gorgeous, amazing white-sand beach is literally right across the road, making daily trips seamless. The sunsets were incredible and became the highlight of our evenings. The property felt like our own private oasis—it was quiet, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The amenities inside and out were perfect. The kitchen was thoughtfully set up with absolutely everything we needed, making cooking for a crowd easy. The grill was awesome and got a workout every night! Of course, the kids absolutely loved the pool, which provided hours of entertainment when we weren't at the ocean. We had the best experience possible. We will definitely be back and are already planning to make this an annual trip. Highly recommend "Eastside Wave"!

Great Family Beach House Rental

We recently stayed in this beach house for my kids' spring break. It worked great for the multi-generations we had staying there (ages 5 to 70 ). Plenty of room for our big group, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was so close to the beach, so that made it very easy to make plenty of trips back and forth to the house with small children. The best part of the house was probably the HEATED pool, which is a game changer for a March visit. When it was a little cooler in the mornings, our kids were out swimming, and it felt wonderful. We cooked most of our meals at home, so it was great that they had a fully stocked kitchen. We did go out to eat a few times, and there are some great restaurants within a short distance. We even rode our bikes to lunch one day! The house is in a quiet/private neighborhood, so there weren't any crowds on the beach, and our kids could ride bikes without the worry of being on a main road. We will definitely come back to this house!

There was a lot of construction going on right around the house and that is not mentioned at all. In addtion picture of the view or out dated. Barely any view of the beach anymore due to houses being built in front of the property. Pool is very nice and was cleaned daily. Everything inside was good
