The Space:

Beautifully situated overlooking Lake Carillon and nestled in the thick of the palm trees, this suite-style, waterfront condo offers a number of unique features for a memorable stay. Enjoy a beautiful wraparound patio with a table and chairs for outdoor dining at golden hour. You'll have access to many community amenities as well, including hot tubs and swimming pools. The condo is also only a short walk to the lake and beach!



Carillon Beach has two on-site restaurants less than one mile from your door, Our Little Beach Café and Phat Crab. You're also less than two miles from several local favorites. Three miles to the west, step into a bit of luxury at Rosemary Beach. If you're feeling adventurous, take lessons at nearby Walkin' On Water Paddleboards less than half a mile away.

The fireplace is not operational.



Golf carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.



The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Beautiful Place

The condo is just as pictured. Great location. Lovely patio. Great little restaurants in the complex. White powder sugar beach and awesome pool.

OVERNIGHT STAY

Unit was adequate, Well appointed with a lovely kitchen. Good sound proofing which is nice because of the traffic and construction in the area. Our one disappointment when we arrived was that there was no ice in the freezer, however, we found ice trays and did have ice after about an hour.

Exactly what we wanted!

Looked just like the pictures. Perfect location on the first floor. Easy to get in and out. Just a quick 5 min walk to the beach through a nice neighborhood. Short drives to both Panama City Beach and Seaside. Couldn’t ask for more!

Beautiful property

Property is in a great location, very well equipped and clean. Loved the patio to watch sunsets. Couldn't make the fireplace to work and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Check out time being 10am is way too early! Overall had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Beachy Farmhouse Gem

This is a fantastic condo! We couldn’t believe it was still available last minute on a holiday weekend. I know this is a very small complaint but the fan in bedroom creaks something awful when on medium or higher. Other than that, we would absolutely stay here again!

First Time to Carillon

Because of Covid and being older :-), I liked that it was accessed on the ground floor. The back patio faces the beautiful lake between me and where the beach is. I loved my daily walks around the picture perfect, and stylish, cottages. I am a former property manager for 30-A cottages ( It was perfect and I will recommend it to others.

Perfect place for Weddings`

The unit was lovely - very tastefully decorated (except for the missing stove knob). While not on the beach (a short walk, which was doable even while carrying chairs), it was waterfront to the pond/lake, where we made friends with the turtles. But proximity to the Green for the wedding we attended was the best. What a gorgeous place for the young couple to start their lives together.

Carillon 5 Star Condo

Beautiful, clean and nicely decorated. We were not notified that the one pool we had code access to was closed for repairs, and appeared to have been for a while. Condo needs an icemaker, or more than 2 trays. Other than that, a 5 star unit. We'd book again, when pool is available. Rent a golf cart! Makes getting to the beach much easier. You will love the Carillon Little Beach Cafe for breakfast and lunch. Publix and liquor practically across the street! Great place to stay.

Cozy and Convenient

This condo was perfect. This is our 3rd time in 5 months coming to Carillon Beach and this is by far our favorite community. The beach is only about a 4-5 minute walk and is a private beach which is great for social distancing. Everyone in the community is always friendly. This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. This is on the first floor and overlooks the pond. Both of the televisions were smart TV’s which was very nice and convenient. Also the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities that you will need for cooking. I would definitely stay at this condo again and look forward to booking again.

Very nice condo. Perfect for 2 of us.

Very nice condo. Perfect for 2 people. Tastefully decorated. We had trouble with the door code & were delayed in entering the property by an hour & a half due to hold times when calling the management company. We then had to wait for maintenance to come & correct the problem with the electronic key entry. Since check in isn’t until 4:00, it was significant. Also, we chose this unit over others because it had a full kitchen with an oven, not just a cooktop. We prepared lots of meals & ate in during our week stay. It would be helpful to provide guests with baking dishes since there is an oven.

Just ok

The property was nicely decorated, but we had a few issues. 1- Their is a funky smell that isn’t pleasant. 2- There is only enough hot water for one shower at time. It takes 15-20 minutes for the next user. 3- There was a sleeper sofa, but the mattress desperately needs replaced. Our 9 year old even complained about the springs and ultimately just slept on the couch. 5- There were no extra blankets for sleeper sofa, just a bunch of flat sheets. 4- Be very aware that you only have access to one pool and it is not heated. The other pools in Carrilon are for house owners and guests. 5- The thermostat was programmed to go up to 74 at some point in the day, so the unit was very warm in the evening. We figured it out and flipped it to hold the temp lower, but something to be aware of. 6- The towels had hairs on them when we pulled them out. 7- The bathroom floor was slimy and slippery when we arrived. I had to mop it before letting anyone use it. Positives- we rented a golf cart and that made the experience very enjoyable getting to and from the beach. I highly recommend this. The unit location is great being on the end and on the first floor. We really like Carillon Beach, but will likely look for a house next time just for the better amenities.
