Carillon is a centrally located beach village less than 10 minutes east of 30A and 10 minutes west of Pier Park in Panama City Beach. In addition to restaurants & shop located downstairs from condo, there is plenty of shopping and restaurants within 5 minute drive. Walk to pools & beach in less than 5 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The location is convenient to local restaurants and grocery stores. It is just a short walk to the pool or the beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo that did not disappoint!! VERY clean and lived up to all our expectations! Grounds were beautiful and there are 4 pools to choose from but our favorite was the pool right on the Gulf. Communication with Theresa was very good as well. Check in and everything was flawless! Would definitely stay here again! The bed was also very comfortable and kitchen and bathroom were gorgeous as well!

This condo is small, but lovely. It has a great view of the Lake and a peek a boo view of the Gulf.The host was quick to reply to any questions that arose.

Highly recommend! Everything was just like the photos and the host was very easy to work with and kind. We have stay in other units in this building but this one is definitely the nicest!

The condo was lovely- clean and a beautiful view. Was central to the pool and ocean. The short walk to the ocean was pleasant, and the private beach was quiet and beautiful. Lots to do around the area as well. Would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful clean condo located near beautiful beaches, grocery stores and lots of dining out options.The very large pool and hot tubs with a lake view is a nice place to read and relax.We have come to this resort many times over the years and are hoping to squeeze in some more. Can't go wrong !

The location and amenities were perfect. The pools/hot tubs were lovely and access to the beach was great. The condo is beautifully redecorated.

I was there for a family wedding on the green. Didn't get the chance to use the pool or hot tub though I did walk through the area. Appeared to be some maintenance work going on. The unit was clean and bright. Enjoyed it's convenience and location. Furnishings were great. Enjoyed myself and would return again.

The unit was fresh and clean. Felt light and beachy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect size for me and my husband. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the balcony. The owner/manager was very responsive to any questions, and was very helpful! We would definitely stay in this unit again. We had a lovely relaxing stay!

We have rented homes in the Carillon neighborhood a couple of times. The condo was a great size for my husband and I. Nice having so many pools to choose from. The condo was clean and convenient to eateries.

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The host/owner was extremely helpful, easy and accurate check in, and the room was beautiful and extremely clean. Great location, would recommend to anyone looking for a great place at the beach.

Lovely condo at Carillon Beach Inn

Our condo obviously has been recently upgraded with lovely furnishings, great shower and super comfy bed. This was our first time to stay at the Carillon Beach community and enjoyed the uncrowded beach and access to multiple pools with shops/restaurants all within a short walk. Easy drive to the airport and lots of PCB and Rosemary Beach restaurants and stores within easy driving distance.
