The Space:

Enjoy the beauty and ease of coastal living at this Santa Rosa Beach townhome, a polished retreat with a private balcony, easy walking access to the gorgeous beaches of 30A, and wonderful shared amenities that include two swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a barbecue area, and a sand volleyball court!



This centrally air-conditioned, two-story townhouse is part of a small community in Santa Rosa Beach, and it sits just a quarter-mile stroll from a white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. You'll find a shower outside to rinse off any lingering sand, an access point to the 30A biking/walking path right across the street, and a collection of charming shops, cafes, and restaurants at Gulf Place Town Center a quarter-mile west.

Great location!

This is a great location! The beach access is close by and much less crowded than some of the other locations we’ve stayed along 30A. The property was very comfortable and had all of the things we needed!

Great stay!

We loved staying here! It was clean, comfortable, and about a 5 min walk to the beach. It’s also within walking distance to restaurants. We enjoyed reading on the balcony in the evening. Our dogs enjoyed staying here, too!

Beautiful place in a great location

Nicely decorated in a fun beachy theme. Very comfortable and roomy for 4 to 6 people.m, and the entire place was spotless. The pools and jacuzzis were clean and worked well and the covered parking was a nice plus.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful property with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and furniture, easy beach access, and close to Gulf Place and Blue Mountain Beach areas. You can access the bike path right across the street if you bring your own bikes and there is also a bike and golf cart rental place just across the street as well. The beaches in this area and simply beautiful. Perfect week long stay.

Such a great place!

We loved this property so much! I joined my parents and our family pet for a few days at this property, and it was absolutely perfect. We loved the location and the space was so perfect for our family. The Vacasa staff was also great and super helpful and responsive, We would absolutely stay here again and hope we get to come back soon!

Great location on 30A!

Love the town house and the location, very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Short walk to the beach! One thing it needed was a vacuum cleaner, otherwise everything was great!

Wonderful vacation

Wonderful vacation! The property was beautifully decorated, and it was perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes, and our 6 and 3 year old didn’t have any problem with it. The property was spacious, and we had lots of room for board games and movie nights. We would love to come back!

Santa Rosa Beach hidden gem

Nice family area. Great kitchen that had plenty of utensils to cook with. Short walk to beach. TV’s but no board games, cards , etc, Beach chairs in patio and balcony but not the kind you take to the beach.

Awesome beach condo!

The condo was very clean and well put together. The best part was the location of the home, just a 5min walk to the beach and great restaurants. We brought our dog and he absolutely loved it! Very pet friendly area. We also really enjoyed the home’s upstairs balcony, it brought beautiful sunlight. I would stay here again or highly recommend it to anyone else.

Love this plave

Second time coming to this location and nothing has changed! It’s perfect. Located just minutes from the beach and right up the street from some of the best shops in 30A area. Everything is in walking distance. Place feels like a second home when you’re there.

Lovely week at the beach

Property is short walk to beach, heated pool, and hot tub are nice for cooler days. Kitchen has everything needed to cook meals, beds comfortable. We did bring our own n board games, beach towels, beach chairs as place does not have them. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shop. Also bike rentals and golf cart is 5 minutes walk.

Great Quarantine Area

We wanted somewhere kind of off the beaten path to stay away from a lot of people. We loved the condo. We think it was a little longer to beach than 2-5 minutes, but that was ok. If not for Covid 19 we would have loved walking to restaurants and ice cream, will check that out next time.

In these days of unprecedented chaos, our vacation was bittersweet. Filled with family, dog & fear!

This property was perfectly located near the beach and amenities . The 2 pools gave us relief from the sand and the convenient gas grills helped us keep dinners at home when the virus shut down the restaurants. The condo did have 3 flights of stairs for those that don’t handle those well. The frying pans could use updating as everything sticks! Otherwise, notwithstanding that Coronavirus, all went well! Stay safe and let’s beat this thing!

Perfect for a girls trip

This property was absolutely perfect for a long weekend girls trip! The entire listing online was 100% accurate to what we had upon entering the property. I received timely updates via VRBO and Vacasa apps prior to arrival with all of the information we needed related to the property. The entire house was fully stocked with anything we could need (extra towels, tons of glassware, coffee machine etc), and the short distance to beach access was perfect - roughly a 4-8 minute walk depending on how fast you’re moving 😊 The only thing to be conscious of is that the master bedroom is warmer than the 2nd bedroom upstairs. Our visit was during august and while it was incredibly warm, the cleaning service left all of the curtains open to the sun which is a lovely aesthetic but it took the next 24 hours to cool off that room because of it. This by no means would deter me from staying here again, but it might just be a good note for the cleaners to not leave those curtains open during peak summer months in order to avoid the excessive heat. I can’t recommend this place enough and it added such a lovely touch to our annual best friend beach trip :) thank you to the host!

Nice Property Good Location

The townhouse was located very close to the beach and Gulf Place. We went and watched the sunset and had breakfast and coffee at the local coffee shop around the corner. It was centrally located on 30a and we spent our days exploring each of the small subdivisions in the area. We were thankful to have found a place that would allow our fur baby to join us. The unit was nicely decorated and updated but does need a deep cleaning. It appears like the cleaning crew simply changes sheets and cleans up bathrooms and passes a quick broom. The unit did not have a hair dryer in it which was strange as anywhere you go these days, one is provided. I called to get one delivered and while they were very responsive, the blow dryer never showed up. The headboards on the beds need a deep cleaning as the tops had tons of dust and there was dog hair on all of them on the lower part where you place your head. I know it’s hard to manage what people do but if you allow pets you must ensure the cleaning crew goes the extra mile and have regular pest control service. Overall the stay was good and it provided a place for us to call home.
