The Space:

Sit back and relax at this gorgeous, ground floor, coastal condo. This home has everything you will need to make the best beach vacation memories. The fully-equipped kitchen will make preparing meals and beach snacks easy. Sit out on your private patio and feel the cool breezes while sipping your morning cup of coffee. Guests of this rental will also have access to a shared pool, sauna, sports courts, and a fitness center.



What's nearby:

The white sandy beaches are just a short walk across the resort's sky bridge. Build sandcastles, work on your tan, and watch for dolphins playing in the surf. Dine on local seafood at one of many nearby restaurants or head across the bridge for even more dining options and local shops.

Quiet time not enforced

Property was nice. Good location and easy access to the beach. Pool area needs updating. On-site restaurant was very good. Quiet time at night not enforced. Young renters thought it was funny to scream at each other from building to to building to hear the echo.

Beautiful Beach

The condo we rented at Surfside was beautifully renovated on the inside. The gorgeous waters of the Gulf are only a two minute walk across the street from the condo. Staff were for the most part kind and friendly, although one of the maintenance men was condescending towards my wife when she asked a question about the dryer. The washing machines and dryers were broken during our stay and looked very old. I didn't have a problem with the condo being on the bottom floor, but we would wake up to find people above us had thrown their trash or food onto our patio overnight. Overall, not bad for being so close to a beautiful beach!
