Enjoy gulf views from nearly every room in this stunning corner condo sitting on the sugar-white sand of Navarre Beach and treat the whole family to an unforgettable vacation. The layout of the interior is perfect for entertaining, as the openness of the dining area and living room create a perfect space to mingle after a full day on the beach below or poolside with a cold drink in hand. After watching the colors of the sunset from the private balcony, the culinary-inclined guests can hop into the full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar seating and all of the appliances of home to cook up a tasty meal. Plus, each bedroom has a flatscreen TV, so each guest can spread out and watch their own favorite shows before hitting the hay.

Navarre Beach is the ideal vacation location! You will be perfectly perched away from the hustle and bustle of the city just a few miles inland and within walking distance of a plethora of shopping and dining options. When it comes to local attractions, this area is known for the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center, Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, and Navarre Beach Marine Park. Everything about the accomodations were excellent, and one of the best equipped kitchen I've ever experienced. Great ocean views at an even greater price. I will definitely be recommending this rental.

Overall, we loved our stay. The only thing we were discouraged by was that neither of the whirlpool baths were working (whirlpool jets). And we felt exposed with little privacy without a curtain or something in the living room for the balcony view, or that would also shut out the sun in the daytime. Otherwise, the visit was great.

This condo was awesome with wrap around balcony. Ample sleeping, beds were comfortable. Grilling in common area was also successful! Love how close we were to beautiful beach!

We had a great stay overall. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious, and in the perfect location, which made our trip especially enjoyable. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge bonus and especially appreciated since the ocean was quite chilly during our stay.That said, there were a few small inconveniences. For a group of 7 staying 6 days, only one roll of toilet paper was provided, which felt a bit unusual. The dishwasher detergent compartment was broken, so detergent would fall out when used. There was also no broom available to sweep up sand and nothing provided to clean the counters, which would have been helpful during a beach stay.Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and loved the location and amenities. With a few updates and better stocking, this place would be absolutely perfect.

Wonderful experience

Enjoy the pearl property immensely! Have stayed several times and cannot say I have had a bad experience yet. Had to work with staff over some minor issues with the appliances and they, Leslie in particular were fast and efficient and always had a pleasant manner.

Beautiful Beach Vacay

Condo was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful oceanfront balcony and the king bed was very comfortable. Vacasa management was great and helpful to fix a few minor issues expediently. Would definitely go back.

Grand view

The condo is right on the beach. There is a gate with a code to get from the beach to the pool area which I loved, so not just anyone could come through. Everything you need is within walking distance! It was large enough for two families!

Great place

Perfect view easy access to Pensacola and close to bridge to inland. Easy check in everything was clean. And there as told would be. The book in the room that welcomes you needs to be updated. It’s not accurate. And the beds could be better but all in all. It was a great week and we enjoyed it. Ps the view is remarkable. It’s perfect.

Great Week in Condo 201.

Location was great, the condo was clean, and easy access to locations. Two bathroom showers didn't work or drain very well. I was surprised when making breakfast there was no toaster, but had like three coffee makers which seemed odd. But, all in all we enjoyed our week.

The condo and property were beautiful but the furniture was super uncomfortable. And the management put a deck table and chairs in the middle of the condo which we had to move out of the way. Plus the ac kept stopping and starting. The staff and maintenance people were nice.

Beds were terrible, internet was terrible, wall leaked, no TV in one room, toilet overflowed, bedding and rugs were filthy.

The Worst Travel Experience of My Life - Avoid Vacasa LLC Properties

I travel extensively, both personally and for work, and without a doubt, this has been the worst travel experience of my life. If you're planning a trip to Navarre Beach, do yourself a favor and avoid all properties managed by Vacasa LLC. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we encountered nothing but problems. To start, the condo had a coded entry door followed by two keyed entries. Despite being provided with a code, we were never given a key. We initially entered the condo using the code, but when one of the keyed doors accidentally shut, we were locked out. What followed was a nightmare of incompetence. We called and messaged every contact number provided, only to be met with disbelief and rudeness. Several representatives outright denied the existence of a keyed door, and I was hung up on multiple times. Finally, after nearly two hours of waiting, I reached a representative named Cedric who, thankfully, took our situation seriously and promised to send someone with a key. During this time, my family and I were forced to wait outside in the humid Florida weather for almost two hours. This trip was meant to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday, but instead, we spent hours outside, watching her birthday cake melt into a sticky mess. When the manager, Leslie, finally arrived, she showed no urgency whatsoever. Accompanied by two friends, she casually walked up to the second floor, unlocked the door, and left without a single word of apology or acknowledgment.
