The Space:

Enter Pearl 0306 and find a spacious living room and sleeping accommodations for up to eight. From the living room, find access to a private balcony with stunning, panoramic Gulf views. For additional access to the expansive balcony, head to the primary bedroom. After you enjoy fresh, salty air, head back inside to prepare a homecooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Your perfect day at the beach is mere steps away from this Gulf-front resort. Sink your toes in the sugar-white sand and splash in the emerald green water. Later, retire to the community pool and hot tub to relax in the sunshine. In the evening, prepare a cookout for your whole group at the community barbecue grills.



While at Pearl 0306 you are just a short drive away from the exciting Pensacola Beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Try out parasailing, scuba diving, or snorkeling out on the crystal Gulf water. Or, stay on land and shop for souvenirs at local boutiques and retailers. Wonderful condo, great view , easy access. We had a big wind storm on last day , & front bedroom sliding doors need to be tightened up ….way to much loud air coming thru…had to move our sister to another room.

Great trip to Navarre!

Love the location and layout of the property. There were a few small maintenance items that need to be addressed but nothing that would prevent me from recommending it or staying there again!

My family and I had a great long weekend at the Pearl. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and beach too. Would love to return back to the Pearl next summer!

Great stay

Absolutely loved our stay! The having all the windows from the beach to the sound side made for amazing views. The condo was clean and tidy. Loved having the heated pool and hot tub! Had a minor hiccup with the front door code. Contacted the Vacasa number given to us and was issued a new door code right away. We also noticed there were no spices to cook with, which they did state they don’t keep in the house beforehand, so make sure to bring your own!! Overall enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay in this condo again.

Family Beach Trip

My family recently stayed at and had an overall enjoyable experience. The condo itself was fantastic-spacious, well-furnished, and with a stunning view of the beach. However, I did notice that the bathrooms could use some attention. There was black mold in the caulk line area of the baths and showers, which was a bit concerning. Proper cleaning and maintenance in these areas would significantly improve the overall experience. Despite this issue, I still had a great stay and would consider returning if the bathroom situation is addressed.

Family Vacation

Loved the location and layout of the property. We had a great time in Navarre. Our only issue was a door handle to the master bathroom. It would not release to the unlocked position, so if you closed the door you were locked in. The handle turns to release the locked button, but it would not release the lock. Called the property managers, but they did not come to fix it.

Location/ View Great!

Here’s a concise and honest review you could leave for the condo rental:⸻Review:The view was definitely the highlight of this condo – absolutely beautiful! However, the unit itself is in serious need of maintenance and updates. The floors were dirty upon arrival, the toilet was loose and unstable, and both the sinks and showers had very slow drains. The master bathroom shower head sprayed from the wall connection, and the ceiling was peeling and starting to fall down. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the jets in tub was non-functional. Patio furniture was old and rusty, making it unpleasant to use. Overall, while the location and view were great, the condo itself needs a major revamp before it can be considered a comfortable stay.

Beautiful Beach vacation destination

We loved our stay here in Navarre. The beautiful beach and water did not disappoint. The condo it’s self is in a beautiful complex with nice pools and grilling area. The condo balcony was large and spacious and I love a corner unit! The condo furnishings are comfortable, but there does need to be some upgrades. The dryer took 3 cycles to dry towels (which are awful and scratchy) and 2 cycles to dry normal clothing. The master needs blackout curtains! Good luck sleeping past 6am! The kitchen utensils and dishes need to be upgraded. I had to buy a tea/juice pitcher at Walmart. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and our family had a great time.

Beautiful. Not great for young kids and not the cleanest.

It’s a beautiful condo with a well stocked kitchen. The master bath is awesome. Big balconies. Cons: only a sheer curtain in the master bedroom (not great for privacy and you’ll be awake at Sunrise), all dishes are breakable (stressful with kids), and there were several areas not very clean. Super dusty blinds in the kitchen, dirty rug, a few dirty light switches, drawers, etc. and there were dishes in the cabinets had food stuck on like they were put away from the dishwasher without checking that they got clean. Overall a great condo for adults, but could use some deep cleaning.

Great location

Great location. The condo was big and had lots of room.for all of us. The back bedroom was nice with its own kitchenette. Down side to this condo was it was has very uncomfortable beds and furniture. It's hard to enjoy your vacation when you don't sleep well.There was an issue with the toilet not flushing in the back bedroom. When we lifted the tank lid, there was mold all in it, yuck! We jmagyvered the chain so it would flush. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The dryer took a long time to dry, 2 cycles or more. The couch was so unconformable that no could isit on for too long to watch TV. Other than the beds and furniture being old and uncomfortable this place was nice. The view from the balcony was wonderful. I would think during the slow winter months they could do some updates to these condos

Love the location

Property was clean, it could have been stocked a little better with household items such as a pizza cutter, a pie pan, better skillet. We also had issues with the TV remote working with the TV.

Fabulous Fall by the Ocean

Enjoyed the stay in this very spacious condo with a great layout. It was fully stocked and had lots of kitchen extras for cooking. The grounds were nice with a great pool and grill area. Parking was convenient with great access to elevators. Can’t beat the view from the living room and balcony! Would definitely stay here again!
