The Space:

Spend a quiet Emerald Coast getaway with family or friends at this home. Located just a short drive from Navarre Beach attractions, restaurants, and other activities but in a relaxing neighborhood setting, this retreat is primed for family-friendly comfort and entertainment, with highlights including a private enclosed yard with a pool and screened lanai. A spacious lawn area and ample pool deck seating offer plenty of opportunity to soak up the sun, while the porch features a patio sofa and lounge chair for breezy outdoor living. A gas grill and dining table set the stage for backyard barbecues.



The open living area welcomes group gatherings with a plush sofa and 65'' smart TV, while the private home office has a desk, chair, computer monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse for remote work needs. The kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, including a floating island prep table, for planning at-home meals with ease. The kitchen and dining room tables each feature generous seating arrangements for dinners and game nights. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.



Primary bedroom guests will enjoy private access to a deluxe en suite with a separate tub and walk-in shower with two shower heads. The layout of the home was perfect with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to make large meals for the whole family. The pool was beautiful, although the weather was too cold for swimming. Short drive to the beach and restaurants.

Our family of 6 from Kansas City absolutely LOVED this property and its location. The pool was an hit with our kids after a day at the beach. The property was very clean and updated as far as interior goes. It was also very close to Walmart market where you can stock up on groceries and chill out for the evening. Definitely recommend this property for any family wanting to enjoy Navarre!

Perfect Pool Retreat

House and pool were great. Close to Navarre beach and Pensacola beach. Kids love the pool and veranda was perfect for lunch and dinners outside.

BOOK THIS HOME ASAP!!!!

Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of seating for family movie night, tons of fun kitchen gadgets, beautiful lanai and clean pool. This was perfect for our family. Sad our week flew by!

We had a wonderful time in this home. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the screened in porch. Very close to public beach. It is about a 10 minute drive. Property is clean and comfortable.

House and property were great! Everything was clean and as pictured in the rental listing. Private pool was the best!! Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Access to the house was simple. Neighborhood was very quiet. Property manager checked in to make sure everything was going well and that was appreciated!

6-Week Stay

The house is great! It’s laid out well with the master bedroom on one side and the other bedrooms on the other side of the house. Any issues I had were quickly addressed by the management company. I was in this area of Florida over 40-years and the beaches are still amazing! They are impressive along with the water.My only complaint would be the neighborhood dogs. If you’re outside, expect to be backed at.

Awesome Birthday get away

My Husband wanted to celebrate his birthday in Florida with family and also to go fishing. And not stay in a hotel so that everyone can stay together. So with been said I found your beautiful home, and what you had to offer and for the price I was amazed. Once we got to your home it’s located in a great neighborhood most if all it’s not that from the Navarre Fishing pier. And shopping for want every you want.I will be looking to stay in your again.

Perfect Stay

What was suppose to be four couples getting to enjoy a long weekend together coming to see the Blue Angels homecoming show, turned into two couples. When we arrived, the home was exactly what the pictures taken, looked like. It was beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood, and near everything. A starter set of toiletries, dishwashing and dishwasher liquid, etc. was provided. The rooms were spacious, as were the bathrooms. I would highly recommend staying here, whether it is with friends, or family. There was a play set for kids as well as a pool. If we make it back again, we will be planning a stay here again. Thank you for the perfect stay.

Beautiful, well appointed home

This home was beautiful. I regularly use vacation rentals, and this was definitely in the top 5 I have ever stayed in. The beds were all incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking at home feasts. The lanai is gorgeous, and the photos do not do it justice. The only negative experience was the pool heat. We paid in advance to have it heated, but the heat never kicked in. As of this morning, VACASA advised they will refund the extra $$ for pool heat. Just be weary of this if you pay extra for it.
