Enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast from Grandview East! This gorgeous condo has everything you need to enjoy your next Panama City Beach getaway. Relax inside this spacious home with a full kitchen, access to great on-site amenities, and direct access to the white sands of the Emerald Coast.



Grandview East is conveniently located on the main strip of Front Beach Road, which offers plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance. This rental is just a short drive away from Pier Park, a popular hot spot for shopping, amusement park rides, and dining.



THINGS TO KNOW

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the Property (including porches, decks or outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

Great place to stay

Great location! The view was amazing. The condo was spacious and just like the pictures. Check in couldn’t have been any easier. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Our stay was great. Sneaky quiet spot considering it’s spring break. Older units, but very clean once inside. Getting into the parking lot to unload and then parking across the street seemed like a little bit of a hassle, but relatively simple compared to a lot of other places on the beach. Pool and beach access were simple and had plenty of room. Will definitely keep this place on the short list for our next visit.

Only one garbage bag and one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I wasn’t prepared for that.

While I was searching for a property for this years Spring Break with my family I came across Gulf Front. I was immediately drawn to the view of the beach from the balcony and the interior of the condo was spacious and very comfortable for my family. When I decide upon another trip to Panama City I will be looking to book the same Condo in the future.

Grandview east condo

very nice and large. Nice bedrooms and roomy. The condo was a little dirty but not bad. Dust and dirt in all the corners and windows were all dirty. Dishes were left in cabinet with food still on them. Was located in great area, close to alot of restruants and fun. Nice beach. Would be nice if the beach chairs were included in the cost, but you had to pay daily to rent them.

Nice Condo

Very nice open layout with great view, storage for stuff, and laundry. Clean. Bed is excellent. Closer to 5 stars than 4, but things that need attention are NO curtains in Master BR make sleeping in on vacation tough. Master BR door does not close easily. Check in instructions say to park in the "Orange parking lot" Once you know where it is, your fine. First timers will find nothing labeled "Orange Parking lot" Nor is there anything orange on the sign making you wonder around looking for it because of the warnings about getting towed.

Condo isn’t well maintained at all.

Very poorly maintained. Lights not working in two rooms. Dryer would not work, filled with sand. Tv in living room would not change channels. Mold on master shower. Blinds broken. Closet doors off tracks. Sent email immediately upon arrival And no one ever came to even repair lights the entire time. Very very disappointed

Good size, sub par stay

The pool is under an overhang, so until early evening- it’s completely shaded. Not fun to sit in the shade, after driving hours and hours to lay in the sun. The dryer didn’t work. They “cleaned” it on day three but it never actually dried anything during our four day stay. The air didn’t work well. The thermostat consistently reset itself to temps over 70, even when adjusted by guests. When it did work- it created condensation in the unit that made the tile floor extremely slippery for the children to walk on. The size of the unit was good. 8 people slept comfortably, but there are only a couple pots and pans to cook with in the full kitchen, which made running the dishwasher a constant chore. For the price, we expected more. Location is good, but anything on the beach is “on the beach” :) .
