The Space:

Waters Edge is located on the beautiful Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach. This property is paralleled, which provides stunning views from its private balcony. Resort Quest presents this 4th floor gulf-front unit with a calming décor. This 3 bedroom unit has a spacious living room and dining room delightful for entertaining after a long day on the beach. Other desired amenities to better accommodate your vacation is a fully equipped kitchen, with a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and utensils for preparing any delicious entrée. A bonus bunk room is plus just for the kids to have their own space to kick their shoes off a while. Enjoy the comforts of home away with 4 TV, 3 DVD, and CD stereo, or just take advantage of a movie rental. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property.

GREAT LOCATION AND STAY

The condo was beautiful and amazing. It was very clean and stocked with all the necessary materials. Let’s talk about the view the view was absolutely amazingly beautiful and stunning. It was like a home away from home. The only issue that I had was the starter pack of tissue and trash bags it’s just a suggestion to have at least two rolls of tissue in each bathroom and two trash bags for the kitchen. I had a family of 6 and 1 roll of tissue paper went quickly. Other than that I would recommend anyone to stay at this location the people are so friendly and super nice and again the location is beautiful will stay here again

To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us.

Pictures can be deceiving

To start the condo was incredibly dirty sand all over the floors and the beds. You would walk around and the bottom of your feet would be black. Cockroaches in the kitchen and the furniture and beds are so beat down there isn’t a comfortable place to sit or sleep so be careful of trusting pictures. Decent location and parking is basically in front of the door but I wouldn’t stay here again

Nice unit - bring fan for bunk room

Overall great unit. King bed is uncomfortable. Queen is great. Bunk room ...an oven. It bakes in sun all day. There is no ceiling fan and little air comes from the vent. We had a go buy a fan so the kids could use the room. The AC is locked at 69 so we could not give a boost of cool air ar night to help. Bring a fan with you.

Loved our stay.

The property was very nice. I did think they could have had more dishes and bowls since it is a room that sleeps 6-8 people. It was very convenient location since the room was straight in from the 4th floor parking garage.

Great Beachfront stay

Great beachfront views and clean. The property is a little outdated and AC was not working in the front room with bunk beds. Overall the space fit my family of 6.

Great view

Just as pictured! Beautiful property. I wasn’t sure what to do about beach / pool towels cuz there wasn’t anything. My only critique. Very nice facility.

Can't wait to get back

This was an amazing stay and everyone enjoyed the room and atmosphere. All of the pictures are very accurate, the place is very clean, they responded very quickly thru text to answer any questions we had, and our view was spectacular! We will book this room again in the future. Thanks Vacasa!
