What a view

We really enjoyed our stay in Destin. The unit we rented was beautiful. Very comfortable and the penthouse ocean view was amazing. We would highly recommend.

Totally breathtaking

The was the best vacation we had in a long time. The property was spectacular, the cleanliness, everything working wonderfully, the breathtaking views from the balcony. We totally enjoyed our time in Destin. We will definitely be back using VRBO! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!!

Location and view

Nice layout, clean and comfortable. Location is great for pool and beach access. Penthouse view overlooking the pool and the beach is a plus.

Very nice/beautiful view

The penthouse condo was very nice. It was very spacious for 6 adults. It was clean and was well appointed. There are two pools that are very nice. It is very convenient to have the pool, restrooms and snack bar next to the beach.

Condo was hands down the best we have ever stayed in. Super clean, beautiful views, super clean resort, clean pools. The condo itself is beautiful. Decorated so nice with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again. Host was wonderful and answered every question we may have had. Thank you!!

Sterling shores - October

Property was great with an easy way to access the condo. Only two small issues, freezer was frozen shut when we arrived so management had to fix it the 2nd day and the tv occasionally was a bit of an issue. Good furniture with great view and great access to a couple close restaurants. Pool and beach access were great.

Simply Amazing

Everything was great about this penthouse it actually exceeded my expectations based on some reviews I had read, the location was great along with the view it all was great. My 7 year old enjoyed swimming in the pool every night, we did pay for beach setup which was $60/day not bad at all. It was also close to Restaurants and grocery stores we will definitely be back soon.

We loved it.

Communication was easy when we had questions. The price compared to what others paid was AMAZING, especially considering we were in the Penthouse. The only negative was the wait for the elevators. Everything else was top notch.

Convenient Location

Spent a week here. We have a 1 and 4 year old. 5 minute walk from room to the beach. Can literally watch family at the beach from the balcony. 0 depth pool was perfect. Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, boardwalk. Back Porch restaurant/bar right across the street is pretty solid.Only negatives is the power went out one morning. Turned back on within the hour. Also was hoping for an early check in. Couldnt get into the room until 4:00pmOverall. Extremely happy with the place. Was exactly as advertised, and perfect for a family with small children.

A much needed break

Our family has experienced a number of losses this year. We were in need of a break away. We decided on Sterling Shores, as we had been there twice before, and loved it! This time was no different. The condo was beautiful, the pristinely manicured and the staff was exceptionally friendly. 2 pools on the property, The Front Porch Seafood Restaurant and the beautiful emerald shores right across the street; there is no need to leave the site to drive anywhere else. 5++ and cannot wait to book next year! ❤️

Condo was beautiful

We really loved staying at PH08. The penthouse is decorated beautifully. We did have a little bit of issues with the master bedroom duvet cover having menstrual blood on it and the sheets had not been changed. Unfortunately we didn't notice this until later in the night. The next day house keeping dropped off a set of sheets and a new duvet cover. We also didn't have enough towels for 7 people. With all that being said. We would stay again, the location to everything is wonderful. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach.
