The Space:

Sterling Shores is under renovations for a beautification project. You may see minor construction.



Find yourself living a life of coastal bliss here in Destin and make yourself at home at this stunning condo boasting ocean views, a spacious balcony to soak up that salty air, and modern decor that will please even the most design-oriented of guests. When days heat up, everyone can soak up the year-round sunshine at the lagoon-style pool, satisfy munchies at the seasonal snack shack, or walk along the boardwalk that leads to endless sugar-white sand. Though there are numerous amenities waiting in the complex, enjoying a night in will be a great idea with the fully equipped kitchen boasting bar seating and the amazing living area offering plush furnishings and a flatscreen TV.



WHAT’S NEARBY

Sitting in the heart of Destin, you won't have any trouble soaking up the year-round sun and experiencing the best of this coastal city. Beach days will be the main attraction here, yet making your way to some of the local restaurants and shops in town will be a great use of your time away. If you brought the kiddos along, they will be dying to see The Track - Destin, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, and Destin Harbor Boardwalk, all located less than four miles from home base. Not to mention, golfing, cruising on bikes along the sand, and various water sports are all great options.

Beautiful Accommodations

The condo and balcony were very spacious and perfect to fit our family's needs. We have enjoyed our family vacations several times at Sterling Shores and have never been disappointed. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great week

This place was spacious, clean and the perfect location. We had plenty of room to separate me, my hubby and 1 year old from the rest of the family when needed for sleep! We loved the place and will re-book.

Awesome view from the lanai!

The condo was very nice. The dual remotes for the TV's were less than ideal but I got used to it. Being in the flight pattern for the Destin Executive Airport was nice. We got to see a lot of different types of planes every day. Good food was nearby.

Huge unit and views

The unit was very spacious and the views from being a corner unit were amazing. Beach and pools very conveniently located as well as excellent restaurants. We’ve been to Destin many times for our yearly family vacation and this one ranks as one of the best especially because our 6’3 son finally had a nice room that wasn’t a bunk room or twin room which is normally what you settle for when needing a 3 bedroom. We will book again.

The pictures does this rental no justice because it’s 10 times better in person! Only thing I didn’t agree with was not receiving my check in instructions on time due to some new policies they have in place now. Great location, great condo, great views, We will be returning

Vacation fall break

So ended up only being 5 people in condo which worked out. The lockout room was awesome for my parents as they are older and they could keep the thermostat higher than what boys and I like while sleeping. We had a great week with beautiful weather! It was quiet as no one was above us until last night (Oct. 7th) and then it was loud from the ones above us. Great location, gated with gate codes! View of was absolutely beautiful from the condo! Thank you!!!!

Amazing view and location!!

We absolutely loved this property. The location was right across the street from our favorite restaurant Back Porch. The facilities were great, fitness center and pool. Large patios were lovely and the beach view was spectacular, not to mention the location of beach access. We would definitely stay in this property again. One con was the building was waiting on a pipe to be fixed so be ware if you are in the bedroom near the door, it sounds like a loud train coming through about every 15-20 minutes, definitely not the most convenient at nighttime. The property is working on getting this fixed but it is not mentioned by the owners when renting. Other than that, we enjoyed everything else! We love Destin!!!! Perfect for families and/or friends.
