The Space:

Create unforgettable memories when you book this outstanding vacation home on the Island's East End featuring amazing Gulf views, lovely coastal decor, a private hot tub, and plenty of space for your group to enjoy their vacation! Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court, and gated access.



The exterior of the property offers under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, a six-person hot tub, a community boardwalk, an enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, and a park-style grill. Beach Boy is located just steps from the beach boardwalk and community pool! Enclosed foyer steps provide access to the floors above.



The first floor offers four main bedrooms, all of them with TVs. The second-floor living/ding/kitchen area features an open plan with beautiful tile floors and lots of space for your group to relax and enjoy coastal views. The living area features a TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and direct deck access. The well-equipped kitchen has granite counters, two refrigerators, and plenty of space to prepare coastal feasts. The large dining table and counter bar stools provide plenty of seating at mealtime. There are multiple TVs/DVDs and a stereo.

The overall property was dated. You could tell that it was definitely a full time rental.The house was clean but the kitchen had a weird smell, you could tell that dogs had stayed in previously.The hot tub did not work the first day and obviously had too much chlorine.The location was phenomenal and community very nice.The house was obviously built in the 90s and have very little updates.

Fall Break 2024

The house and location were good overall. The house has a little age and could stand a little upgrading. For example, The heating element in the kitchen oven burn out mid week. The property manager was notified but no one showed up to repair during the remainder of stay. The property was well cleaned befor we arrived.

Perfect beach house for a crowd!

This house suited our family of 10 adults, 3 children and a baby perfectly! It’s very big with lots of space. A bedroom and bathroom for each couple all with king size beds. The kids loved the bunk beds. The view of the beach is awesome! Great sunrise and sunset views! The beach is just at the bottom of the stairs down a short boardwalk. The only downside is the stairs! Lots of stairs to climb. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor. Getting groceries and coolers up was not easy. But great exercise! We cooked all our meals. The kitchen is well stocked with pans of all sizes. And 2 refrigerators which we needed!
