Enjoy views of the Gulf as well as Topsail State Preserve from the private balcony of this resort condo. Amenities include a marina, multiple pools, on-site dining, a rooftop sunset deck, and a hot tub. Take a swing at one of the on-site tennis courts or championship golf courses! Unwind for movie nights in the inviting living area, which features a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 50” TV. Create delicious meals and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. When it’s time to eat, gather at the table for four. This condo sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living area. Dine alfresco with views of the Gulf and Topsail State Preserve from the scenic private balcony. Or enjoy the sunset from the building’s rooftop deck. The Luau at Sandestin® resort grounds feature a private Gulf entrance, a marina, multiple community pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, championship golf courses, and numerous on-site restaurants.



Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a brand new full-sized washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for one car in the parking garage. Overflow parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis in the parking lot across the street. Enjoy the fabulous amenities and location at Luau at Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. When exploring outside the resort, you’ll find a plethora of dining and shopping options at the Baytowne Wharf pier or in the heart of Miramar Beach -- both just 2 miles away.

Nice trip

Nice place, the pull out couch isn’t terribly comfortable and was kind of dirty when we pulled it out, kitchen isn’t overly stocked, and we were only left with three pillows total (but we’re big pillow people). Otherwise, a 10 minute walk to the beach, wonderful pool area, quiet/family friendly with littles.

We loved this condo. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook when needed. The pool was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.

Brief work stay

All was well, pool incredible, gorgeous beach nearby, safe and quiet for resting. If you have a need you do need to drive. All shopping is out of complex.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an amazing time at this property! The area was secure and very pleasant. One of my favorite parts of the trip was how easy it was to park and get to the room. (That's always a hassle with big luggage). Beach access is right across the street with a great atmosphere! Will be booking again.

Snowbirding in Destin

Condo was very nice. Recently remodeled. Great bike/walking paths that intertwine with golf course. Beach is beautiful, within walking distance. The view from the condo looking down the coast was beautiful. Technically the condo is one back. The only negative was the Hilton hotel controlled their beach and would not allow people to sit on "their" side. This was only a problem a week before Easter. It forced Sandestin side of the beach to be very crowded while Hilton was not. Many people upset. Highly recommend this unit.

The unit was very clean overall. The sofa had some stains and could really use a steam cleaning. Otherwise, the unit was spotless. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable, but we read about that in another review and brought a thick mattress pad to remedy that issue. The appliances all appeared to be brand new and were high-end. The Samsung washer and dryer were great for towels, etc. The view from the unit is stunning. We love the Luau resort for its amenities and proximity to the beach (awesome pool and just a quick walk and your toes are in the sand). The unit does not have any kind of beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc) so plan to bring your own or rent. Also, the coffee maker is one that uses ground coffee and filters, so plan accordingly. The blow dryer did not work, but we didn't discover this until the end of our trip. I'm sure I could have reached out to Vacasa for help, but it just wasn't a big deal for us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. If you'll be cooking, pan to bring your own salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. We were happy to walk back into the unit every time we returned home. It was light, bright and smelled great. Vacasa was awesome and even offered us a late check‐out for a small fee. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
