Welcome to Azure 202, a beautifully refreshed Gulf-front condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of Okaloosa Island. Under new ownership, this coastal retreat has been thoughtfully redecorated to create a comfortable, coastal-inspired space that’s perfect for your next beach getaway.



Step inside to enjoy a bright, inviting interior enhanced by updated, coastal-inspired décor throughout. The fully re-stocked kitchen, complete with new appliances, makes preparing meals a breeze—whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or a relaxed dinner while soaking in the sunset. Gather around the spacious dining table, which comfortably seats eight, or enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast ba, which seatsr three. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a plush sectional sofa, a 65-inch Sony HDR 4K television, and stunning views of the sugar-white sands and emerald waters beyond. Step out onto the private balcony furnished with upscale bar-height tables and chairs, perched above a serene grassy area, to take in unobstructed views of stunning beach sunsets—a perfect spot for evening cocktails or morning coffee. Comfort is guaranteed year-round throughout the unit thanks to a newly installed dehumidifying system.



This spacious second-floor condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, with plush pillow-top mattresses throughout the unit for a restful night’s sleep. The main suite offers a tranquil retreat featuring a king-size bed, direct balcony access, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a soaking garden tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination—perfect for guests seeking added privacy. The third bedroom offers two twin beds with convenient, private access to the hall bathroom, which features a tub/shower combination. Great Place!

The location was excellent, there was plenty of space for 7 of us, and the kitchen was very well-stocked for cooking and grilling. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent... Our first

All was excellent.Would add extra blankets for chilli nights.My wife's favorite part was the kitchen. She did wish there was mixing bowls and serving bowls. We love our family dinners. Would come again.

Great location and chamber of commerce weather! We all enjoyed our stay. Minor cleaning issues upon checkin. The beach chair attendants were wonderful (I think their names were Stewart & Jake)! Planning to return next year.

Exactly what we were looking for. On the beach with a pool, and proximity to grocery and restaurants. Could have used some beach toys/towels. It was stocked with everything one could need in the kitchen. The beach attendants were great and had our chairs ready every day for us. Great value

Fall break family vacation

Nice place with a beautiful view! 4 bedrooms accomodated our family of 8 perfectly. Amenities included were nice, especially the beach service. The balcony furniture was a nice touch to have coffee in the morning and eat lunch. Restaurants and putt putt golf were right across the street and Publix right down the street. It could stand a deep cleaning of the floors and living room furniture. The dryer took a long time to dry and I think it just needs to be cleaned out really good.

Nice short stay

Condo on 2nd floor. Was concerned that view from 2nd floor of beach would be limited but don’t worry, it’s great. You can see all the beach, shore line and in February great sunsets. 4 bedrooms,. One is just big enough for the bed and has a pocket door, others are fine. Kitchen and living area as advertised., Nice, seemingly new deck furntiture. Only suggestion would be to add an arm chair in living area near sliders. Currently everyone has to sit together on sectional

We loved the condo! The shower in the master bath had black on shower tile. Baseboards had lots of hair and dirt on them. Moved a stool in one bedroom and huge hair/dirt ball was there. Azure had walk way sealed. We would have like to be contacted personally because we did not go to garage we’re the note was put on the car. So we couldn’t get the car out until Thursday at noon. We also had 7 towels and there were 8 in condo. So we had to wait till Monday to get more towels.

Beautiful Beach Vacay

We have been coming to visit this part of the state for the past 15 years. This was hands down one of the nicest condos and buildings we have stayed in. Very clean, well stocked, facilities are well maintained, and communication for questions was great! This particular unit did mean we had a longer walk to the beach, which was no problem for us, but for my disabled mom it was a challenge. Waiting in line for an umbrella was my only complaint. I have never had to do that anywhere else…. Just go sit and they came by and got our info and tagged them. I’m sure it saves the business a lot of work but the guest experience suffers for sure. Standing in line for an hour every morning was not fun. Next time I’ll bring my own chairs, but I’d still stay here again for sure.

Room 202 at Azure was good.

The instructions for gaining access to parking and the condo could have been more clear. The pass code was numbers but didn't realize you needed the pound sign. Condo access was not smooth but was resolved rather quickly by Forrest. The floors needed a little work. After walking across the floor my feet were dirty on the bottom but not a significant issue. Liked that the property manager checked on us a couple of times. The sliding door lock to the balcony from the living room did not work but was compensated by the wooden board. The refrigerator ice maker made very little ice and the water from the refrigerator came out extremely slow. The journal was a nice touch. Overall very satisfied with the accommodations and would definitely consider a return trip.

Very Clean, Nice & Easy Beach Access

This condo was very clean and had all we needed. The 4th bedroom is really more of a large closet, with no window and just a pocket door, which was not obvious from the pictures. That was a disappointment. The living space was really tight for our 8 people. We had trouble with two toilets at two different times but my husband was able to fix them. The balcony was lovely -- what a view! And the furniture out there was very nice. The property itself is also very nice, as were all of the employees we encountered. It was super crowded when we where there (July) but it worked out. The two pools are beautiful and so fun, however they were extremely warm like bath water and kind of yuk to be in. It was a very hot week, so I understand but there seemed to be no cold inflow of water the whole week. The splash pad had cool water and the kids loved that (and the pool, even warm). Access to the beach is amazingly easy -- a ramp instead of steps and very close. The included chairs/umbrella set-up was a great perq! We would recommend this place highly, although won't go back in July. Thanks so much!
