Coconut Beach House A
FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Keeping a smile on your face is easy when vacation means waking up steps away from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico! With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,628 square feet, this unit can accommodate up to 12 people and offers everything you need and more for the ultimate vacation. Located on the second floor, this unit features two BEACHFRONT bedrooms! A gorgeous kitchen makes cooking a breeze with beautiful stainless steel appliances and stunning countertops. All TVs are equipped with cable, except for the bedrooms with two queen beds, which feature smart TVs. Wireless internet keeps your family happy and entertained for hours when they aren’t on the beach. New addition: enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after beach time. Located on the right side of the home from the beach side. On top of all the other excellent features, there are FOUR parking spaces included with this unit! Come and enjoy your own private balcony and take in the sounds and scenes of the Gulf of Mexico.

By renting both units Coconut Beach House A and B, you can enjoy having the whole property to yourself!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 queen beds, 4th bedroom - 2 queen beds This unit sleeps 12.

The outside rinse off shower area needs to be cleaned up (stickers in the grass, more space) but it gets the job done.

CBH-A in Fort Walton Beach

Good location in an older unit, right on the beach. Could use some upgrades but it was adequate for our group. The bonus golf and tours were a nice add-on. Parking space was good. The management company was easy to work with and responsive to our needs. We would stay there again.

Amazing short stay

This place is amazing. It was the perfect end to our road trip. It was a great location, clean and tidy. Although it doesnt look it, but it has an amazing shower!! We definitely wished we had longer than 4 nights so we'll definitely be back.

Family beach trip!

This property was absolutely fantastic! It was the perfect size for our large group. And dont even get me started on the view! The beach had to be one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever been too. The instructions and communication from the host was very clear. 100/10 would come back in a heartbeat. clear

Great location

We weren’t sure about a high rise condo, but our worries were unfounded this place was great! Ocean views were beautiful, close to good food and music.

Everything was good except 1 TV wasn't able to connect to WIFI, which wasn't a huge problem for us bc my family is close the members in that room only slept once they were in the bed.

No complaints from us other than the tubs could use some anti slip pads, my wife fell twice in the shower. But the view the location an the size an looks of it for the price can't be beat. Amazing views. Very spacious. Access to the beach was easy. The house was clean. Has a convenient store right around the corner. Plenty of towels, hand towels and wash rags. Extra pillows. Only complaint was no frying pan or some sort of baking sheet and the dryer took 3 full drying cycles to dry any clothing. We will be booking again! Brooks and Shorey were amazing hosts and we loved the online guide

Nice place

Everything was very clean and the manager was very nice. The only complain for us was the beds were not very comfortable. One of the beds made a noise when a person turned over or got up off the bed. One of the beds was too tall for my 5ft2in tall wife to get on. Other than that eveything was great.

Great location!

Great location! We considered Destin but chose Okaloosa and glad we did. Much less crowded and beach was perfect. This property is practical for families but needs updating. We had the upper unit and spent a lot of time on the back deck enjoying views of the gulf. I would not recommend the lower unit if views are important. Store across the street was convenient for supplies. The app used by the agent is very helpful. Check in and out was easy. Overall the location is this units strong point.

Christmas on the Beach

Our grand babies first trip to see the beautiful beaches. The house had everything we could need. The house layout was nice since there were two families which allowed for separate bedroom and bathrooms. Kitchen, dinning table and living room were comfortable. Nice deck with chairs, tables and the views were great! Had a week of memories! Thank you!! P.S. would like to see a more efficient dryer and more flatware for kitchen.
