The Space:

Located on a gorgeous stretch of the beaches of Perdido Key, this updated three-bedroom, three-bathroom rental is a great getaway. With features including a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry, each guest will have everything they need. The large balcony can be accessed from the living area and master bedroom and offers coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico. Both the master suite and the first guest room offer king beds. The second guest room has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks.



On property at Spanish Key, there’s a gulf front pool, an indoor pool, and a gazebo and picnic area also overlooking the water. Nearby is Flora-Bama, which includes Ole River Grill, lounge, and a marina where guests can rent pontoon boats and wave runners or hop on a fishing charter. Across the Alabama state line, there are even more attractions in Orange Beach, such as Gulf State Park and The Wharf, with a movie theater, Ferris wheel, shopping, and dining.



This property is undergoing construction as the rebuilding process continues after Hurricane Sally. The amenities for this vacation rental may not be open during your stay.

Excellent Stay!

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s one of the nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in! Very clean. Pool was also kept really clean. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of space in all areas of the condo! Will definitely stay here again :)

Great condo! Great view! Great location!

Awesome place. Very clean and has a great kitchen and living room. The rooms were awesome and master bath was amazing! only about 2-300 yards from flora bama and the beach. A 2 minute walk to either!

Water bug in guest bedroom. Coffee pot broken but quickly replaced. Bulb out in master toilet. Iron frayed at cord, not working. Definitely need painting, cushions cleaned or replaced. Check out instructions needed inside condo. The view was the best!!!

This property was clean and not crowded.. would love to stay there again.

No problems at all while we were there. The only things was if there was a pay ice machine.

Great Condo for Family!

We loved staying in this Spanish Key condo! The condo is in a perfect location for access to restaurants, The Florabama, as well as an ice cream shop, which our kids loved! The unit itself was great! The configuration of the beds (with bunks in the queen room) worked out perfectly for our large family! We will definitely rent this unit in the future!

Property over looked the beach and was nice to wake up to. Condo was nice but be aware that you should stop at the Publix near the airport to get coffee, coffee filters, water and anything else you need. There are no beach towels or a small cooler. The second master has beat up tables with white paint gone. Other master did not have the roll to put toilet paper on. Reaching out for help with a few things went unanswered. Just a heads up from someone who uses rentals a lot.

Property OK, but could use a facelift, a bit dated

PROS - Great view and close to beach CONS - property dated, could use updates. couldn't get into property, because didn't have gate code, it was listed as beach code and after numerous calls/texts, no one helped us, had to ask owner what correct code was. Not sure what would have happened, if I hadn't run into the owner.

Excellent Vacation Condo

We stayed at the condo for 6 nights. The property is convenient to all of the attractions in Orange Beach, has a beautiful pool and has easy access to the beach. The condo’s interior was perfect for our needs - tons of kitchen “stuff” were included that we didn’t have to go out and buy - and all of the bedrooms were spacious and well kept. My only criticism is related to some other guests that were staying on the property - a group of young teens were allowed to run a little wild at the indoor and outdoor pools and were playing on the elevator. Hopefully, the security team will speak to these guests. All in all, the condo was great and we had a wonderful vacation.

Did not disclose repairs going on during our stay

Arrived to find our building being sanded which was loud and started early am, the pool shut down and we were rerouted from the inside exit and had to go around the side to get to the beach . There was a notice that work was scheduled after our stay not during!! we contacted the manager but the sanding continued every am, even Sunday! Would have never booked it .. Their answer was to give us $90 back but it took 3 weeks for them to decide that and still haven’t gotten the refund “it’s in the mail “ Disappointed for sure. They should haven’t booked someone to rent this place when there was work being done . Very bad business !!! Also there was a musky smell.

Vaca 2020

All in all, the condo was great. The door handle to the balcony from the living room was broken, but still functioned, but for the most part we just used to door from the master bedroom since it was way easier to open. This definitely wasn’t a deal breaker for us though. The room itself was just as it looked and was described online. Of course with all that’s going on, we still Lysoled the mess out of the place before getting settled but it was very clean when we got there. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and 3 kids. The view was amazing and the beach was very easily accessible. I did try to call about the door but after driving 8 hours I didn’t want to hold all evening for someone. That part did seem to be an issue (getting in touch with anybody) as I had tried several times before our trip to email and call Vacasa and was only successful once out of many many attempts. I was very happy we didn’t have any issues that needed to be immediately tended to during our trip because I feared we would never get through to anyone. I hope that’s just because of COVID and not their usual way of doing business. But like I said, the place was great and our trip was a huge success!
