Similar in quality to a penthouse, this Gulf-front condo features a larger-than-normal kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances and cookware to assist you in preparing homemade meals & a lovely dining table for four in addition to the adjacent bar stools. Make yourself at home in the living room, offering a sofa, coordinating furnishings, a TV & a CD stereo system, when you're not out on the beach or enjoying the property's swimming pools, hot tub & fitness centers. At night, you'll have your choice of a beautifully decorated primary bedroom with a king-size bed and custom twin bunks built into the hallway. BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.
