Please be aware that the building is currently undergoing construction. Guests may experience some noise during normal business hours and may see construction activity in the area.

At this time, the building is undergoing balcony waterproofing and painting. This work may require the vendor to access the unit. The project is scheduled to take place until the end of 2026. Dates may change due to weather delays.



This Emerald Coast rental is recently updated and has a great, beachy feel to the decor and offers a well- appointed kitchen and open layout. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee or relaxing after a long day in the Florida sun. The community pool and hot tub are sure to be a spot you'll spend time during your vacation here. This condo has its own beach access and offers plenty of beach to spread out and soak up the sun.

Property is old and run down. The TV in the bedroom was literally the smallest tv I’ve ever seen. The view from the balcony is wall of buildings. For the price we expected something a lot nicer. There is no furniture inside to sit on except a dilapidated couch. The beds were terrible, we left early because we didn’t want to spend another night sleeping on the beds. Way nicer places to stay in than this place. I regret booking it and wasting our money
