Islander E 3008



The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-view condo is located on the third floor and is painted in a beautiful yellow. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bathroom includes a bathtub and a double sink. The second bathroom has a tub and single sink. The main bedroom features all white furniture and unique palm tree accents. The living room's decor is in yellow and blue tones. Guests can enjoy a CD stereo system and a private washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels. The balcony is spacious and overlooks the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico.

Amazing vacation

We have stayed at this property several times and hope we can stay again in September. This condo is like being at home. The location and amenities are wonderful.

Great experience!

The property was everything we expected it to be!! Great location and easy beach access. We loved the balcony to sit and watch the ocean waves. Beds were a little uncomfortable but a great overall experience!

GREAT rental property

Great, clean rental property. The only issue was they were redoing the walkway from the pool to the beach. Other than that, it was an great condo and we will definitely rent there again.

Family vacation

My husband, sons and I met my parents in Florida and stayed at this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. It has a great view. It is on the third floor right above the pool. I like to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean. It did get loud sometimes being by the pool. All in all. We would stay here again.

Islander condo

We enjoyed our stay at the Islander. It was clean and spacious. We gave it 4 stars due to a few minor inconveniences. The bed was a bit firm - well quite firm as we have a bed topper, no recliner in the den and the kitchen lacked minor commodities like coffee filters and packs of sugar. We still had a very nice time.

Thank you for your comments. Wyndham Vacation Rentals strives to provide our guests the best in accommodations and customer service. You should have been provided a packet of coffee, filter and setup for your first morning. Unfortunately we are not allowed to provide more than that in the unit.

The bed in the master bedroom is absolutely awful. And I know it’s not the first complaint about it. Otherwise everything was great!

Family Vaca - August 2021

This location was great for our family, the beach was beautiful and access easy. The inside of our rental was well kept and clean, not complaints there! The only suggestion would be to offer some standard supplies - i.e. more than two trash bags in the kitchen, cooking spices/oils, food storage containers or foil, one or two pods for laundry, etc. The bathrooms also only offered one shampoo and one conditioner - for a family of four, that isn't enough for a week. Those were easy enough to find/buy, but for confidence purposes - it would be nice to have at the rental. We did very much enjoy our stay! Thank you,

To clarify, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like spices and oils are not typically stocked in the home. Due to Covid-19, we have taken extra precautions not to supply items that cannot be properly sanitized between guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your time with us. We hope to welcome you back again in the future!

BEACH FUN

The balcony was very nice. We had stayed here previously in 2019. Would highly recommend switching out kitchen table and chairs due to fact they are too tall and hard to play cards or any other games especially for older adults. The guest bedroom bed was hard. The master bathroom needs additional lighting over the shower. The master bathroom shower had awesome water pressure. Living room could use a rocker or a recliner versus two straight back chairs. Other than a few minor changes, this could be a five-star condo simply by upgrading furniture.

Family Trip

Our room as nice and as pictured,but smelled of smoke upon arrival. Called Vacasa to report and the guy was friendly and apologetic saying someone from cleaning would be calling me to come and see if there was anything they could do. No one ever called or came. We opened balcony door ,turned fans on high, sprayed lysol,and in a few days the smell was better. Other that that hiccup, the unit was nice and as pictured. Awesome view of beach and pool. Having the chairs and umbrella included was also nice. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Spring Break 2021

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here for our family of four. It is nicely decorated. Kitchen has the basic needs. There are no pot holders/oven mits to get hot things out of oven. The master king bed is HORRIBLE. There are missing supports underneath and it needs a new mattress badly. Condo needs a deep cleaning around baseboards and under the beds and furniture. Very dusty in many areas. We would rent again if these things are addressed. Nice balcony and view of pool and beach.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE

We were not informed until the day before arrival that the exterior of the property was undergoing a very noisy renovation. When I immediately called the mgmt company, VACASA, Jenny informed me they could not help us but that the noise was not at all bad and that she could hardly hear it. In retrospect she must have been at her house, not the condo building. The construction people were on the sixth and seventh floors grinding and demolishing the concrete from 8am to about 5:30pm including Saturday. We were on the third floor. The entire building vibrated and the noise, even on the balcony was ridiculously loud. No leisurely naps in this place.. Think of a dentist drill in your ears all day long, on vacation.The unit was so pretty but we won’t rent there again. FYI I did also inform the main office, Tabitha (i think) seemed concerned, placed me on hold and after more than 6 minutes it hung up. No return call from VACASA.
