Located just 250 yards from fabulous white sand beaches, Luau boasts amazing all-season amenities including a fitness center, and 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool. Set beside a large picture window, the sleeper sofa in the living area invites you to unwind after a fun-filled day. Watch favorite shows on the TV. Wonderful

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay in this condo. Impressive view from the wall of windows in the living & dining rooms of the Gulf, golf course & the resort. We especially liked the security of the complex, the location (walk to beach) & the 1 & 1/2 bathrooms in the condo. Everything was great!

Last minute getaway

We booked this property very last minute and felt that it was perfect for what we wanted! Very close beach access, the pool and hot tub are nice, and the condo was just what we needed. We would stay there again!

We were in town for work and pleasure. A very relaxing property. We really like the Hawaiian music playing outside the buildings. We would stay here again.

Nice place for 2 people

Good place-everything was nice. Kitchen is a little underwhelming. Pool area is great! We arrived 5 mins. before check in time and wasn't allowed in.

Unit was nice, however there was not enough soap, TP, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and no cleaning supplies for a 2-week stay. Made several trips to grocery store.

The Beach is Real

We had a great time. The location was really good, however a little further from the beach than we thought, pictures make you think that the walk was a lot closer. The surprise of the unit was that was a half bath also, that really enhanced the unit. You should let possible guest know in advance, it could add value when guest are deciding where to stay. One important heads up, the mattress does NOT fit the bed frame, too small. It could be that the frame needs to be adjusted to ensure a comfortable night's rest for your guest. Would I reserve your location again, Absolutely YES.

Great location

Great location! It’s walking distance to the beach. It’s extremely clean and very spacious for a one bedroom. Having a second half bath really helps. Good kitchen, with plenty of workspace. Some very minor issues that did not impact the quality of the stay- no cutting board that I could find, coffee maker but no filter, plenty of extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. Previous reviews mentioned issues with the wager and dryer, those have been fixed; it’s just loud. I would stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family. Great quality for the price. Very pleased overall.

Great place to stay

Everything was in good conditions. Just a few suggestions. It would be great if you can provide more blankets or a real comforter. We’ve got cold during night. Also, it would be very helpful to have liquid dish detergent for hand washing dishes. And last thing could be improved is a dust removing. We found a very thick layer of dust in the master bathroom under the sink. Overall, we liked this unit a lot and definitely would be happy to rent it again. Thank you!

Not a fan of Sandestin Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience with the rental company was great! Very responsive and helpful. However the condo was sorely lacking and Sandestin Beach Resort did not live up to the hype. In the bedroom you could not get the bathroom door open to even a 90 degree angle before hitting the bed. The master bathroom tub did not drain well, the sink hardly drained at all. The half bath toilet ran for over an hour before cutting off each time flushed. Kitchen ware and utensils were cheap and extremely difficult to use. The living room furniture is small and uncomfortable. The Luau building is extremely run down and not well maintained outside of the pool area. It is walking distance to the beach, but it is a long walk and the beaches were completely packed and overwhelmed. So crowded there were multiple occasions where someone else would be under the shade of our umbrella, or even literally touching us. The resort sets up at least 5 rows of rental umbrellas and chairs and not even half were being used. People on the beaches were rude, have no sense of personal space or respect. You could get to the beach at 7am and be 2 feet from the water and someone will come down at noon and put their chairs directly in front of you.
