The Space:

Nothing beats the refreshing ocean breeze and jaw-dropping beach and Gulf views and you're about to experience all of this and so much more at this second-floor condo! You'll get to experience marvelous views and enjoy relaxing al fresco lunches at any of your two balconies. Yes, that's right. This condo boasts two oceanfront balconies, each one with an outdoor dining area. Unwind in the well-equipped living area and watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV with cable as you snuggle up on any of the sofas available. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances that include a French door fridge, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. The long L-shaped countertop will be a delight to work on. It also boasts enough space to seat up to four people, perfect for quick breakfasts.



However, a fancy mealtime can be arranged easily at the eight-people dining table by the kitchen. Need more space? There's a four-people table adjoining the main dining table, perfect for family meals. This condo has four bedrooms scattered around, providing a nice sense of privacy. Three out of four bedrooms have ensuite full bathrooms (except for the bunk room) and only two of them offer direct access to the balconies. Additionally, guests will have access to a private washer/dryer on site and shared amenities that include an outdoor heated pool and charcoal grills.

Great location and place for families

This place was great and in perfect location. Our family of 9 stayed here with ample places to sleep. Easy access to the beach and all my questions were promptly answered by the property management team. 10/10 recommend this place for families. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the location and condo. It was close to the beach and the condo was very roomy. The only dislike was there was no Tupperware and not enough cooking utensils. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place

Great condo beautiful view but air was out for 24 hours which someone had to stay at condo to wait on repair man which finally arrived at around 4 ish on Saturday

Great location and views

Overall our stay was great. There were a few small irritable things such the floors not being very clean and also a few of the chairs had broken foot rails. Also wish there were more essential necessities readily available in the unit such as towels, soaps, detergents. However the condo is conveniently located near many stores. So overall, we would recommend and would stay again.

Great spot other den one issue we had

Great spot to stay at. Oceanview was awesome and beach access was right outside. Only issue was kids room in the back with the bunk beds. There was no ac circulating and when we got there it was terribly hot. Tried calling and even talking to someone about the issue and while they said they would get someone up to see the issue no one came. We were disappointed cause our kids did not enjoy a good night sleep in there. Dealt with it for 6 nights. Hope they get that issue resolved.

No air conditioning in Florida and moldy washer

The bedroom with bunk beds had no air conditioning or air vent to the room, which is a code violation and cannot be listed as a bedroom. People cannot sleep in an unairconditioned room in Florida! It’s over 80 degrees and a box fan that we brought just stirred the heat. People had to sleep on the floor in other rooms. Broken furniture and there was a mildew towel left in the washing machine that made the whole unit smell awful. We ran on sanitation cycle and it was still so bad we couldn’t use the washer at all. We will never return. The owner needs to maintain this unit much better before opening up to others. Also, Jetty East website states we get 1 umbrella and 2 chair each day. Since we booked through VBRO/Vacasa they would not honor it and we had to pay $150 each day. We were not allowed to bring our own umbrella and chairs. Going back to Gulf Shore condos from now on.
