Great location in relation to the beach!

This condo is dated for sure with the floors and furniture but it is a great space to stay at. We loved the location of Sterling Shores to the beach, just a quick walk across the street. We used the work out room and it was a small space but had everything we needed. If you are looking for easy access to the beach and a great pool this is your place!

We had a great vacation. A little thing would be you should offer another roll of toilet paper besides the only one on the roll. Small things but had a rest time.

The location was wonderful and the size of the until was perfect! The pool was wonderful as well and I loved that it had an area for children to play and swim. We did one load of laundry (towels and bathing suits) and the washer was fine but the dryer was so loud and squeaky that we ended up turning it off and just letting the clothes dry outside on the balcony.

Great condo and location

This is definitely my favorite location in destin. Only issues we had were that the fan in the bedroom is stuck on low (chain was broken off) and we ran out of TP with 1 day left. Went to the agent office to get another one, she looked at me like I was crazy and said "yea we don't have that" and just stared at me...

Great birthday in Destin, FL

The check-in process was easy. The unit was very clean, spacious and very accurate in the description. Walking distance to restaurants and groceries stores. The view from the unit was awesome. The only negative is the bed and the couch in the living room, both are sinking in. These are minor issues that can be fix. I will recommend this place to my family and friends.

Updates

We enjoyed our stay however the condo we stayed in needs some updates. Also only 1 elevator working the entire time we were there. Had to wait in line for it. All outside doors need painting or at least a good cleaning.

Wonderful!

My friends and I absolutely loved this condo! It may not be the fanciest condo out there, but it was exactly what we were looking for. The location is GREAT! Right across the street from a restaurant and a coffee/candy shop, private access to the beach, and beautiful pools. There was a little mildew in the bathroom above the shower, but otherwise the condo was very clean. Off the balcony, you do not get a direct view of the ocean, but the view is still quite pretty. We were told by the beach security to bring up the fact that there are new rubber wrist bands for guest (instead of the paper ones we had). However, this did not pose any issues! I would definitely book this condo again.

Problems with refrigerator and backup generator

****To date management has not offered a refund for the day and night with out power due to their faulty backup generator*** The cold shower, no power, and inoperable elevator forced us out early. Prior to hurricane Sally making landfall, the unit refrigerator had broken and was not fixed or replaced. The mattress could also stand to be replaced. Housekeeping prior to our arrival was not to standards, hairs in the shower, hair ball on bathroom floor, and really dirty bedroom floor under the bed. To be clear, we would try this unit again with after a new refrigerator and mattress are installed, and possibly a managment/housekeeping change.
