During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we undertake these necessary improvements.



This elegant, beach vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling glass doors in both the living area and the primary bedroom. These doors lead out to a spacious balcony that provides you with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the large lagoon pool. Recent renovations include a well-equipped, full kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood tile flooring. Stream your favorite music through the living area surround system.



Want to enjoy the beach and all that Seagrove has to offer, but don't want to bring chairs and bikes with you? Don't worry! We offer two complimentary chairs, an umbrella, and two bicycles between March and October. This resort features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a sauna.



Here between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or at The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brewpubs and wine bars for casual nightcaps as well.

Amazing pool and easy beach access!

This condo was a decent place to stay for a few nights at the beach. The pool is awesome and huge and super easy to walk right out to the beach every day. The condo itself was nice but furniture felt cheap. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on for watching a movie in the evening. The beds were fine, not horrible but springy. It comes with two bike rentals which was cool to bike into the town and restaurants but the bikes are in rough shape and seem to be not that well maintained by the rental company. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and everything we needed to cook the whole time. Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the price I wish it had been a little bit nicer.

Room 402B is newly renovated and spectacular to the eyes! We enjoyed our stay.

Such a nice room! Location was great. The only inconvenience was the elevator being out of order for a day. Also, wished the pool was accessible later. However, the vacation overall was a great experience! We love 30a !

Plenty of Space

The place was well kept and everything worked in kitchen and baths. Great amenities and location away from all the Seaside teenagers, but close enough for them to bike there to meet friends. We did not have enough toiletries or cleaning supplies, but we were fine picking this up at the store. This helped us keep the place clean. Close to the HUB which was a nice family and adult evening hangout.

Gorgeous Modern Coastal Condo

Walking into this gorgeous condo after hours in a car was heaven. The decor was bright and inviting, the ceilings were very high and made the open concept even feel more open. Kitchen was gorgeous, with ample prep space, plenty of dining space. Gorgeous dining table. Living area was perfect and comfortable. Loved the tile floors! The bathrooms in this condo were the best bathrooms ever. Bedrooms were very comfortable and loved having plenty of closet space to store our clothing. Absolutely loved the large patio. Perfect for sitting and watching the beautiful gulf. Thanks!!

Gorgeous decor, modern fixtures and enough room for all.

This a beautiful property with neutral tones and blue/green accents throughout. Loved the soaker tub! The view is also amazing. Only missing a toaster, working iron, updated stove, and fresh air filter. Also not a great workout room- had outdated equipment. I would definitely rent again.
